Removal of Channel 5 and B transmitter mapping artefacts

For some reason this has been on the fix list for a long time and I never got around to sorting it out.

Due to the way the database that generates the mapping on UK Free TV was constructed, there was a problem with some of the maps that I should have fixed and didn't.

There were a number of places where a high power Channel 5 analogue transmitter was located alongside another transmitter that carried the other analogue channels (and Freeview) - or there was a "B" transmitter on the site to provide a secondary service area - and this would remove genuine coverage area from the correct transmitter.

Four examples of fixed coverage areas for Pontop Pike, Rosemarkie, Crystal Palace and The Wrekin are show in the diagram below:

Ian: The Lichfield mast is in use for FM and DAB radio. It is also a proposed site for the Derbyshire DAB multiplex, if this ever takes to the air!

Briantist: You still have 'Huntshaw Cross B' in the system - the Huntshaw Cross region page puts this on top of Huntshaw Cross, so a click shows a green coverage area and a double-click takes you to the Huntshaw Cross B page.

Mike Dimmick: How did I miss that one? I have removed it from the database, so it should not longer appear.
