Hi Tony Quayle,
You must be using a fta reciever & not a genuine freesat or sky one that update automatic, You need to do a retune to get these channels back.

Hello. I could see it from Spain as tony quayle says but now I cannot receive the signal with a 80 cm dish. What should I do? Is it just a question of getting a bigger dish or I can do something else? Thank you

Hi Lorenzo,
Just do a retune/ channel scan & you should be ok if that dosent work you may need a larger dish, I could receive it in Bulgaria on a 2.2m dish when the change happened. You should not need any thing so big in spain, but do the retune first as it could save you some money !

Kylee: Looking at Eutelsat satellites : EUROBIRD 1 satellite at 28.5 degrees East you seem to be in an aerial where that size dish should be OK.

Kylee: Very odd. If you were missing "half of your total channels" it would be obvious, or whole satellites full, but a single transponder is odd.
