mark bennett: If you have good reception of the BBC channels on MuxBBCA just wait until 21st September 2011 when MuxD3+4 (ITV1/2, C4, C5 etc) will start high power transmission. If you had these channels before 7th September try a manual tune on C44+ in order to restore reception of the present low power Mux2.

Caroline Judd: If the BBC channels have good reception the box is clearly working properly. It is possible that signals from another transmitter have been stored for ITV1 etc, (Sandy Heath and Lark Stoke are two possibilities). Check in the 800s of the channel list for versions of the problem channels that work correctly. It may be necessary to do a manual tune on C44 if this frequency is being overlooked.

Jane Hudson: BBC2 analogue was switched off permanently on 7th September 2011. BBC2 digital, now carried on MuxBBCA, changed frequency to C47. A retune of Freeview boxes and Digital TVs is required to continue watching BBC2. Remember too that on 21st September a further retune will be required as all remaining analogue TV transmitters at Emley Moor will be switched off and the rest of the digital channels will change frequency and be transmitted at high power from 6am.

James C: On 28th September 2011 MuxA changes frequency to C48 ( still 2k mode). Mux ArqA changes mode to 8k and frequency offset removed (C56). Mux ArqB changes frequency to C52. A retune is therefore required on this date.

Pete Green: On 28th March 2012 MuxA/SDN changes mode from 2k to 8k(at high power). Although the frequency remains the same you will still need to retune in order to view this mux after the change takes place.
