Depending on what is on C32, I might be happy to live without it, which is why I was wondering which new multiplex would contain the BBC.

Thanks for the responses, but does anyone know the answer to the question I asked - whether the extra BBC HD channels will be on channel 32 or 35?

Any ideas when testing of the new HD multiplexes is likely to start? Elsewhere is says com7 is being tested at Crystal Palace.

Thanks, Briantist. I assumed that was the date for commencement of service and testing would take place beforehand. I must have assumed wrongly.

I see new HD channel 32 is testing at Black Hill. No programmes as yet, but signal strength showing as 62% here. Nothing on channel 35 as yet.

Just checked again and Aljazeera is broadcasting but not BBC Three and BBC Four as yet.

I believe the power output of com7 is 40 kW rather than 9400 W as stated, which may account for the successful reception here.

The Freeview programme guide shows BBC News and BBC Four HD programmes from Tuesday onwards.

That should read 'multiplexes'.
