I would check the manual retune/signal strength option in the menu to see which UHF channel you are tuned in to for channels 1, 3, 10, 11, 15 and 101 - you may be tuned in to a poorer signal than what is available.

Dave H: Why do you need a booster when you're 4 miles from the transmitter? What happens if you bypass it?

J Hynes: Engineers are doing nothing, because there's nothing wrong with the transmitter!
g: Hopefully you are, by retuning your Freeview equipment!

Andy: That's because you were should be receiving from Skipton and not Skipton Town...

Exactly Ian, messages were on the screen for 7 days before and 2 days after the retune as per http://www.digitaluk.co.u….pdf
Alex Fisher: "clearly a problem with the transmitter" - just because a small minority of people are having problems with their retuning?
No one is going to actively help you if you don't help yourself - contact Digital UK, an aerial installer or post details here and someone will give up their own time to provide some advice.

John H: Yes, some communal aerial will only distribute certain channels numbers out to each flat, so it will need to be adjusted and it's why others are having issues as well. You'll need to speak to your landlord/property manager.

Toni2has: Great logic Tony - your Freeview boxes are perfectly fine but your Nova Stick is not - therefore there must be a problem with the signal from Winter Hill...?

andy: Presumably by "return" you mean "retune", in which case no, no retunes will be required in London.
