peter batty: Has it been retuned since Drama came on air? Are you also missing True Entertainment (61) and ITV3+1 (63)?

Helen: Do you have an aerial connected to either your TV or recorder? If not, and you are viewing through Virgin Media, you should contact them for more advice.
You said on another post that you couldn't find channels 24 or 50 - is this in the TV/recorder manual tuning option?

Wendy: I doubt Top UP TV will update the 14 day guide now that they've closed down, so your only option is to stick with the 8 day guide for now and see if it works.

B Jackson: Well, a 4G filter just cuts out signals from UHF channel 59 or 60 and above, and if it doesn't work then you should confirm with at800 on 0333 31 31 800 that there is actually a 4G station active in your area before you go any further.
But since you are 4km from a main Freeview transmitter so you should not be having any problems - however your signal could be too strong, especially if you have a booster connected. Is it happening on more than 1 TV? Outdoor/indoor aerial?

Steviebnw: You mean former subscriber as Top Up TV closed on October 30th. Change your tv guide in box settings to the 8 day Freeview+, and then try another rescan.

Steviebnw: Whoops sorry, thought you said you were a subscriber. Finding 7 frequencies would be from both Limavady and the Londonderry relay - maybe it can't cope with all the channels.
I would try doing a scan first with the aerial out to clear everything, then start another scan and put the aerial back in when you get just over halfway through the scan - so that it misses out the Londonderry signals.

The Thomson dti 6300 is apparently a Top Up TV box, and with that service finishing, could it be that the box gets its guide information from Top Up TV's system and not the normal Freeview EPG? I would have a look in the menus to see if you can change any guide settings.
