Those 3 channels are on the SDN multiplex, but there could be several transmitters using C25, which one do you get? Either that or a full postcode if you don't know.
It sounds like the signal downstairs is not as strong as the bedroom. This might be because you don't receive a very strong signal, or it's possible that the transmitter has Planned Engineering, or even recent weather conditions which have cause disruption to reception for some at various times.
It's always worth checking all your connections behind the TV, remove plugs and reconnect them, make sure there is no corrosion etc.

Hi. Whilst reception can vary across your postcode, those channels are spread across several multiplexes and as you other sets have all channels it's unlikely to be a reception issue, but do check your coax plugs and connections to the box, make sure they are clean and no corrosion.
It sounds more like the box has got it's memory in a bit of a slate, the channels may for example have gone in the 800s. Whilst I'm not familiar with this particular Sagem box (if anyone is they could perhaps comment), there's a couple of things you could try.
First, unplug the aerial and carry out a full automatic retune. This will hopefully clear all existing tuning. Plug the aerial back in and do a manual tune if possible on UHF channels C39, C42, C45, C32, C34, C35, C55.
if that hasn't worked, then a box reset may be the only option BUT this may clear any scheduled recordings BUT more importantly it may clear any existing recordings, best to check it's manual as there may be other things that may work.

Hi Suzie. There's a couple of possibilities, recent weather conditions - "Temperature Inversion/Tropospheric Ducting" which accompanied the high pressure - should be clearing now, resulting in interference from distant transmitters in Europe or the UK. Or the possibility your transmitter has Planned Engineering, but do check that your aerial is still pointing in the correct direction and the coax isn't flapping in the wind!
Also check the coax connections behind the TV, check the plugs are clean and no corrosion.
If you provide a full postcode, we can check your predicted reception and tell you which way the aerial should be pointing and there may also be reports of faults or engineering.
Several people have had problems with channels going into the 800s with this retune, so you could try unplugging the aerial, carrying out a full automatic retune which should hopefully clear all existing tuning and then plugging the aerial back in and repeating the retune.

You should get an excellent signal there from Crystal Palace.
A number of people have odd things happen with this retune, and it may not have been helped by the weather conditions at the time where the high pressure was accompanied by some "Temperature Inversion/Tropospheric Ducting" - should be clearing now, resulting in interference from distant transmitters in Europe or the UK.
Some have found missing channels in the 800s.
There's no Planned Engineering or faults listed at this time.
Your best bet is to unplug the aerial, carry out a full automatic retune which should clear all previous tuning.
Then plug the aerial back in and repeat the retune, hopefully all channels will be correctly restored.
If you still have problems, look in your TV tuning section for signal strength and quality figures for the multiplexes on each UHF channel and post the figures.

Is it definitely ONLY ITV HD or is there any problem at all with even lesser HD channels or other ITV channels in HD?
What did Freesat suggest? I'm no satellite expert but hopefully all the information will help someone make suggestions.

This sounds very much like interference from some equipment that's on a timer, maybe central heating or hot water, but first it might be wise to check in our TV tuning section that you are correctly tuned to Emley Moor's UHF channels as there's several transmitters that could be picked up in parts of your postcode.
If you happened to be tuned to a weaker signal, interference will be more prone to causing problems, whereas it may not with a normal signal.
Also check all your coax plugs and connections and that they are clean with no corrosion.
Emley's Multiplexes & UHF channels are as follows, in the order -
PSBs1/BBCA, PSB2/D3&4, PSB3/BBCB HD, COM4/SDN, COM5/ArqA, COM6/ArqB, COM7 HD, & Local
C47, C44, C41, C33, C36, C48, C55, & C39/C42. Whether you get satisfactory reception of COM7 or the Local Leeds/York multiplexes will depend on location.
Another possibility, have you got any new equipment or changed anything about since this started, such as a digital recorder? Do those times coincide with 15 minutes before a scheduled recording starts?

I have to agree with StevensOnln1 that a problem with your aerial system may be the cause. Apart from expletives you could be more explicit about which channels and what problems you are seeing.
Have you looked at your aerial to see if it's still pointing the correct way and the downlead isn't flapping in the wind?
Look in your TV tuning sections for Signal strength and Quality (or Error) figures for each of the UHF channels for each multiplex at Waltham and post the figures, checking you are correctly tuned to Waltham, tuned to any other UHF channels may explain the cause.
In the order PSBs1/BBCA, PSB2/D3&4, PSB3/BBCB HD, COM4/SDN, COM5/ArqA, COM6/ArqB, COM7, Local -
the UHF channels for Waltham are C32, C34, C35, C29, C37, C31, C55, C41.
You may/may not get reliable reception of the Local multiplex as that is lower power and beamed towards the main urban areas of Nottingham and Peterborough/Spalding.
Waltham has been listed for Planned Engineering (again) next week. Arqiva don't say why, there may be a problem, but if it's routine maintenance at 10 miles away, apart from interruptions to service you shouldn't see any problem unless yo happen to be in a weak signal pocket (your full postcode will help clarify that), but you haven't explained what problems you are having.

If you want Plymouth Local News BBC/ITV then you need to tune to the Stockland Hill transmitter. As you haven't given a full postcode we can't advise on the sort of signal you may get, TA21 is a large area and reception could vary significantly across the area.
You don't say how these two aerials are used. Is it plug into one or the other or are they couple together, if the latter, how?
If they are coupled together, you'll probably need to manual tune the two UHF channels for the BBCA/PSB1 and D3&4/PSB2 multiplexes which carry the BBC and ITV channels respectively. They are C26 and C23 for Stockland Hill.

The only information available is "From 9:35:03pm on 30th Jan 2022 Off the air due to a fault".
My guess from general news reports would be that the power lines are down.
Do NOT retune, as this will most likely just clear the correct tuning as no channels will be found, then you won't know when it's back on air without constant retuning!

Should have made it clear that neither the Local Mux or COM7 are transmitted from Sittingbourne Stockers Hill.
