You have posted on the DAB Radio transmitter page but appear to be referring to your DTV signals. I assume that you are receiving your signals from Mendip. There is planned engineering work at Mendip this week with "Possible weak signal" and this is probably the reason you are seeing problems. Do NOT attempt any retunes whilst this situation exists!
If you aren't receiving your signals from Mendip, then we'll need a full post code to advise you further.

There's been engineering work going on at several transmitters in recent times which may have resulted to interruptions to transmission or weak signals. If you retuned during any of this, it's possible that you may be incorrectly tuned to the wrong transmitter for some or all of your signals.
Your best signals should be coming from the Ridge Hill transmitter which means your aerial should have the rods horizontal and be pointing roughly WNW. There's no planned engineering that should be affecting you this week.
First I suggest you check all your coax connections etc by unplugging them, check they are clean and not corroded. Also check that your aerial looks intact and is pointing the correct way.
Whilst the aerial is unplugged, carry out an automatic retune, this should clear all previous tuning.
Plug the aerial back in and repeat the retune. Hopefully you will have all your channels back and the problem be resolved.
If your problems continue, the automatic tune may still have tuned into the wrong transmitter, or you may have an aerial installation problem.
To check you are tuned to Ridge Hill correctly, enter your tuning menu and look for what will give the UHF channel numbers for each multiplex, this could be a Signal Test option or maybe Manual tuning.
For the non-HD programmes, the UHF channels are 28, 25, 21, 24, & 27. If you have an HD tuner/set also 22, 55 & 56. If you find you aren't tuned to these, then repeat the automatic tune with the aerial unplugged, and then plug it back in and do a manual tune for those UHF numbers.

To add to what StevensOnln1 has already said, there is planned engineering work this week at Dover with "Possible service interruptions" and a further retune event on October 16th where all the multiplexes will move and the simulcast on UHF50 will be turned off. If you have an old C/D group aerial you MAY need a new group K or T/Wideband aerial to receive all the channels satisfactorily. If so, providing you don't have Cable or Satellite, you can get one free by contacting the Freeview advice line 0808-100-0288. You may be best to make further posts on the Dover specific page.

There is planned engineering this week at Mendip with "Possible weak signal" which may be the cause of your problems. If you put your postcode into About us | Freeview you can see your predicted reception at your location. As StevensOnln1 says with a full postcode further advice may be provided.

There is planned engineering work at Pontop Pike this week with "Possible weak signal" . Do NOT carry out a retune whilst you have lost signals as it will only remove the correct tuning of your correct channels. Wait until you have signal return and then carry out a retune and then leave things alone as the engineering work may not be complete.
As you are using an indoor aerial, you may not have the strongest signal, but without a full postcode it will not be possible to gibe further detailed advice.

There has been some Tropospheric Ducting over the past week, the strength of which has been variable over the period. There has also been some issues at the Weymouth Transmitter over the course of the week as reported on the Weymouth Transmitter page & elsewhere. Hopefully your reception is back to normal at present.

There has been planned Engineering work this week at Dover with "Possible service interruptions", no doubt as part of preparations for the major retune event coming up on the 16th October.
When you mention channel 26, I guess you are referring to EPG LCN25 ITVBe which is transmitted on the SDN multiplex on UHF ch.35
A reminder that there was a retune event at Dover on the 22nd August when the BBCA multiplex moved to UHF Ch.33. If you are having issues with the main BBC channels since then (and the SDN channels - see About us | Freeview and have retuned it is possible that your aerial is an old C/D group that is not able to receive the new channels sufficiently well, and it may need replacing. I have seen the symptoms you describe on other than Samsung TVs as well but not recently. It's not very common and doesn't seem to persist. IIRC the most common times I've seen it is with some pre-recorded programmes and is probably due to poor editing!
I once experienced it on an LG TV where it occurred after a firmware update and a further update was needed to resolve the issue.
If your issue persists and it did not occur as a result of any firmware change, you could try contacting the Freeview Advice line 0808-100-0288 though I don't necessarily hold out much hope unless a lot of other people are reporting the same! If you know others having the same issue, they should report it themselves as well. Otherwise try contacting BBC engineering (if it's affecting BBC channels).
Obviously if it occurs on any set after a firmware update, contact the manufacturer.
