You can try the following On MW 1305, 1332, 1413 & 1566 in London and Surrey areas, so you may get one of them at Haywards Heath, 1305 & 1566 may be your best bets. Otherwise if she has Freeview you can get it on Freeview LCN 725. It also broadcasts on DAB on the SDL multiplex Block 11A: 216.928 MHz. You can also listen on-line and apparently with Alexa!
See How to listen for more detail.

If you have lost that many channels it sounds like you may have a problem with your aerial installation rather than this being due to any changes at a transmitter, but that can't be confirmed with certainty without a full postcode to see which transmitter(s) you are predicted to receive.
Other than that, you may be best checking all your coax plugs, connections, flyleads etc, unplug connectors check for corrosion or other problems and reconnect them. Flyleads are a common problem, try swapping/changing them. See what signal strengths and quality you are getting for the multiplexes shown in your TV's tuning section. Also check that your downlead looks undamaged (especially if it is old) and that your aerial seems intact and pointing in the correct direction.
Problematic connections, water ingress etc. can seem to affect reception of just an individual or several multiplexes.

This is an independent help site, we aren't responsible for the transmitters or broadcasters, but can provide free help and advice.
Your signal might be intermittent for a number of reasons but we'd need a full postcode to see what the predicted reception is, and from which transmitter(s) at your location - there could be several choices, the Freeview Detailed Coverage checker doesn't work on place names or partial postcodes. Apart from the postcode please advise in which direction (roughly) your aerial is pointing.

Without your full postcode it's not possible to know which transmitter(s) you may be able to receive and what the predicted reception is at your location. The Freeview Detailed Coverage checker does not work on place names or partial postcodes.
Channel 12 - we assume you mean Quest - is on the SDN multiplex, see Channel listings | Freeview
A lot of main transmitters around the country are currently listed for Planned Engineering with "Possible weak signal" and a number of relays listed with "Possible service interruptions" and any of this could result in the SDN multiplex (and others) being affected whilst work is in progress.

Whilst Sandy Heath is one of the main transmitters not currently listed for Planned Engineering, there is no guarantee that the Freeview/DUK list is 100% ! Many others are currently listed with "Possible weak signal".
I can't find any current reports from Freeview or the BBC (in particular) regarding any problems with PSB3 at Sandy Heath, but in the current situation there could be delays in updating the information.
I assume you have checked you are tuning to UHF C21 (see the post before yours) and you have a Group T (or Wideband) aerial (or Group K if COMs 7&8 are not receivable at your location). Parts of Harlow do not necessarily get good reception from Sandy Heath. We'd need a full postcode to check the predicted reception.

They have a YouTube channel as well as the website Home - London Live
I couldn't spot anything, but you are probably best asking the broadcaster, see the "Contact Us" on the website.

Whatever changes are needed, it costs money to invest in the equipment. The BBC would rather waste money on other things. You would be best writing to the BBC to complain.

The answer to your question is no-one seems to know - apart from BET TV (They are part of Viacom).
Freesat@freesat_tv made this statement on Twitter "We can confirm that BET is no longer offered via the Freesat platform, this was a decision made by the channel provider directly. If you have any other questions or queries then please feel free to get back in touch with us. Thanks."
140 is no longer in the Freesat TV Guide.
Even their website Home - BET UK and their twitter @BET_UK still list them as on Freesat 140 !

This is a problem Brian should know about, but like quite a few things on this site, he's not had the time to fix them. It's not you, one of the oddities of the FM and other Analogue coverage maps is that they aren't showing in virtually every case if Pro-mode is enabled, so make sure Pro Mode is Disabled. Then here, click on "Bristol_East_Dundry_Lane". I'm not sure what the other two links are supposed to be doing, but they don't!
Hope you are not to far away from Dundry, these days it's only BBC Radio Somerset (95.5) that's broadcast from Mendip.

I can't find any reports from The BBC or Freeview about low power, is it still the same?
Due to the current situation reporting of issues may take time to update.
