As you haven't specified a time frame, knowing that you aren't in the best of locations, it could be several things.
Recent adverse weather and Tropospheric Ducting, Mendip had been on Transmitter maintenance with "Possible weak signal" but whilst not currently listed, some of my signals don't seem upto usual strength at this time.
Post back with more info about how signal levels for the other muxes compare to your normal levels if this is persisting.

This page is a bit confusing as it hasn't been fully updated. The UHF channels are listed in the table lower down, but the COM muxes aren't mentioned in the top section and the power was increased to 200W for each mux.
For clarity the UHF channels are C39, C42, C45, C40, C43, C46 in the order PSBs1-3, COMs4-6.
If you are receiving the PSBs you should get the COMs. Aerial polarisation (rods) is Vertical for Seagry Court.
Provide a full postcode if you are having problems and we can look at your predicted reception.

It does indeed sound like an aerial issue, you may have an old Group C/D aerial.
Winter Hill UHF channels after the recent 700 MHz clearance are -
The main multiplexes are C32, C34, C35, C29, C31, C37, C55 for PSBs1-3, COMs 4-7.
The Local ones are Local Manchester, Manchester GI on C24 & C27.
Liverpool Local mux on C21, Preston Local mux on C40.

Assuming you have a set with a T2/HD tuner, if you are receiving COM7 ok which you should do with an old Group C/D aerial then that will likely confirm the problem.
You now need a Group T/Wideband aerial to get all the multiplexes.
You may only get the Liverpool Local mux (but perhaps not on your current aerial), but if you provide a full postcode we can look at predicted reception.

That will depend on location and strength of the signal. We need a full postcode to look at the predicted reception to get some feel for this.
Other than that, does this block of flats have a communal aerial system? If so, perhaps the aerial cable is disconnected and there behind the virgin media outlet, I assume there is some sort of outlet the way you've worded you remark?

Notts TV is broadcast from the Local Multiplex on the Waltham transmitter which will be roughly SSW of you whereas Belmont roughly NE of you broadcasts That's Humber on the Local Multiplex.
If you are receiving your main signals from Belmont then you'd have been picking up the Waltham signal off a rear sidelobe on your aerial which is probably more of a fluke than anything reliable.
As reception across the LN5 postcode district will be very variable, it's not possible to say which transmitter(s) will serve you best without a full postcode.
In any event you MIGHT have a choice of reliable signals, if you want the Yorkshire region then you'd aim for Belmont, or Central East then it'd be Waltham. You may not be predicted to get (never mind reliably) the Local Multiplex from either transmitter.

Sorry, I had forgotten to mention that if you get your signals from Belmont, it is currently listed for Planned Engineering with "Possible weak signal", not that that would have any effect on reception of Notts TV!

Bearing in mind my response to you on the Mendip page and your previous issues, I think it's time to consider if you have a problem with your aerial installation (including downlead) or any flyleads you may have between your aerial wall socket, TV and Humax box. If you have several flyleads try checking them/swapping them to see what differences there may be. Breaks in connection (usually at the back of the plug) will NOT necessarily affect reception of ALL multiplexes, it can affect only one or two (this is due to something called standing waves in the cable due to an impedance mismatch as a result of any bad connection).
Maybe I might be correct in assuming it might not be a TV but a monitor in which case you need to also consider an issue with the box itself (similar to that which you had before?).
If it's a TV rather than monitor, it might be a good idea to try and check, in the tuning sections, the signal strength and quality for each multiplex with the aerial direct to the TV as well as direct to the Humax. You could maybe see any differences which would perhaps indicate a problem with the aerial installation or the Humax.
It could be a process of elimination.
Otherwise, visit Humax | No.1 subscription-free set-top box brand in the UK to see if there is any known problems for your model. You could also try several Humax forums if it looks like an issue with the box itself -

You could be in a bit of a "not-spot" for COM7 (due to it operating as an SFN). Signals from Wenvoe and Ridge Hill will have an effect of this. As you haven't given a full postcode, I can't tell what Freeview are giving for your predicted reception for COM7. You could have a look yourself by putting your details into the boxes at Platform management | Freeview
Tropo was having variable but significant effects at varying times in different parts of the country in some previous weeks.

Well what can I say, except to update you on some of the information that's not been updated on this site -
Divis, Local mux on C36, power was increased to 10kW when it moved from C30 on 4th Sept.2019.
Divis, COM7 on C55, power changed to 8.9kW when it moved from C51 on 4th March 2020.
Black Mountain, NIMM on C33, power increased to 3kW when it moved from C39 on 4th Sept.2019.
The reason that the NIMM on C33 gets to you with such a good signal is that it's modulation is the more resilient QPSK (which some say is the equivalent of 10x that using 64QAM) but doesn't have the bandwidth.
