Whilst there are some small variations across your postcode area, the Freeview Detailed Coverage Checker doesn't show Ridge Hill as the "Most likely" (or the best) transmitter for you. Several transmitters could be received with differing reliability. (Have you moved since your previous post?)
There are two transmitters within the likely beamwidth of an aerial pointing in the Ridge Hill "direction" but more to the point are your aerial rods horizontal or vertical?
If they are vertical then you shouldn't be tuning to Ridge Hill which is horizontal polarisation.
Also if you've done an automatic tune rather than a manual one, then it's possible you could be tuned to the "wrong" transmitter with unreliable signals for the location and aerial polarisation.
Check in your TV's tuning section which UHF channels it's tuning to (make a note in case you need to return to them).
Ridge Hill, as you probably know, is C28, C25, C22, C21, C24, C27, C55 for PSBs1-3, COMs 4-7.
It's bearing 243 degrees (27 degrees S of due W) rods horizontal.
Now Malvern is bearing 258 degrees (12 degrees S of due W) rods Vertical.
Its channels are C41, C44, C47, C29, C31, C37. (no COM7).
There is also a very low power relay at Worcester bearing 292 degrees (22 degrees N of due W) ie virtually WNW, rods vertical, but its an SFN with Ridge Hill (uses the same channels) but it is closer.
If you find you are not tuned to the correct channels, it may pay to clear previous tuning by doing an automatic tune with the aerial unplugged, then plug it back in and do a manual tune for the correct channels depending on your aerial polarisation and direction.

Hmmm, let's see......
I've seen some of the errors that js has mentioned, but I can't analyse it in the way js can as I don't have the equipment that gives that detail.
If you happen to work for any of the broadcasters or DUK more importantly, then perhaps you could be constructive and get the relevant people to look at this.
Now if you have the necessary equipment then you'd be able to see all the errors, if you haven't seen any such errors or have the necessary equipment, then perhaps you should "find another hobby" as you cannot substantiate any of your claims.
PS. Broadcasters et al do not monitor the same detail "off-air" otherwise they might have done something about it.

Thanks, thought I'd seen something about no go with a SkyQ LNB. That bit of info about Freesat UHD is interesting. I'll have to get a dish up and start playing.

QVC Style is on air on channel LCN 36 for 5 hours a day 1-6pm according to Freeview BUT that seems to conflict with the off-air caption which currently says it'll be back at 2am!
That caption also says that all channels are on connected TV services via Channel 16 at any time.
So it seems the red button service is now only available on QVC's main channel at LCN16.
And of course, All QVC channels can be viewed via www.qvcuk.com

I can't find any listing of Planned Engineering or Faults at the transmitter either by Freeview or the BBC.
When was the last time you tried a retune?
I would check that your aerial seems intact and pointing in the correct direction and that your downlead looks undamaged (especially if it is old). Also check all your coax plugs, connections, flyleads etc, unplug connectors check for corrosion or other problems and reconnect them. Flyleads are a common problem, try swapping/changing them.
See what signal strengths and quality you are getting for the multiplexes (groups of channels) shown in your TV's tuning section.
Problematic connections, water ingress etc. can seem to affect reception of just an individual or several multiplexes.
If everything seems ok, try a further retune but do so as follows -
Unplug the aerial and do an automatic retune which should clear all previous tuning as nothing should be found.
Plug the aerial back in and carry out a manual tune (if possible) for UHF channels C32 (PSB1/BBCA multiplex), C34 (PSB2/D3&4 multiplex) and if you have an HD/T2 tuner then C35 (PSB3/BBCB HD). If a manual tune isn't possible just do an automatic tune.
If you are still having problems, post back with more detail about your installation and a full postcode so that we can look at predicted reception at your location.

Are you still having problems? Have you got an problems with the BBC multiplexes?
I can't find any BBC reports about problems either at the Basingstoke or Hannington transmitters either of which you might receive, but in current circumstances updated reports might get delayed.
DAB is transmitted as Single Frequency Networks (SFNs) which means the transmitters have to be synchronised otherwise "dead" spots can occur, it's possible those transmitters have lost sync because of the clock change (shouldn't happen but these things do!).

The post before your lists all the multiplexes broadcasting from Pontop Pike. Some of the information on this website is incorrect/not up-to-date.
There were no transmitter changes anywhere in March that might have affected your reception of COM7, however at both Emley Moor and Belmont transmitters COM7 moved to the Single Frequency Network of C55 BUT that was in early February which MAY have had some possible effect.
As StevensOnln1 says, a full postcode is needed to see what your predicted reception is.
