This is a free technical help site. You are not asking in the correct place I'm afraid.
You need to address your query to the regulator OFCOM.
See Radio broadcast licences - Ofcom and
Contacting Ofcom - Ofcom
Nor is it sensible that you post you phone number on an open public website.

Yes, AirPlay seems only to work on a limited number of TV brands and only then mostly those manufactured in the last 2 or 3 years
This is looking odd. The primary difference between my model and yours AFAIK is my sound is Harman Kardon and the remotes are different.
Do you have the latest firmware 05.60.15 ? It only came out around the last week of May - website says dated 27/5/21.
Does your LCN100 (Freeview) page display full graphic images and a number of catchup players which are selectable, and also a selection of series or programmes, OR do you just get a "text" display?
Do you get the Accessible TV Guide on LCN555 or just a text message?
I hadn't downloaded Britbox until your comment, but I have now and installed it and Launched it and it's inviting me to sign up for the free trial which I won't be doing right now as I won't have time over the next 7 days to make the most of it. It seems totally odd that it won't work on yours - I take it you have a decent internet connection and that you have HbbTV turned ON in >Settings >Programmes just in case that affects it.
I have no idea about the latest Chromecast and Google TV. I'm not a particular fan of Google and only use what I have to because I have an Android phone!
Whether the screen mirroring apps I use on android have an iPhone equivalent, I'm afraid I don't know, I don't think they do, but this may help Top 5 Screen Mirroring Apps for iPhone
The android ones I use are - Miracast for Android to TV : WiFi Display by Cornero apps; Screen Mirroring App - Cast phone to TV with Wifi by TV Master - Smart TV Remote Control
I also have XCast by InShot Inc.; they have another one I'll try that also casts web video and there are several that do Miracast I'm going to try.
They are all free, most have those "In-app purchases", some are quite irritating to navigate past to get the app running, but it's how well it works once running that's important.
One annoying thing is that when you disconnect the App, the TV does not always return to it's previous function, you have to use the TV WebOS menu to go back to Live TV, this seems to be a function (bug) of the TV. I found this same bug with the Britbox app as well!

No problem, post back if you want any more information or advice.
FYI, I'm seeing two conflicting reports about "Tropo" over the coming days. One saying there'll be some building this evening affecting most of the south coast and eventually affecting the whole of southern England by tomorrow. Then mid-week into Friday, some potentially strong and variable trop through to Friday affecting a large chunk of GB. The other, not a lot, may be some affecting the NE on Friday! No current warnings from the BBC either (nor Freeview, but then they are pretty useless anyway!).

Don't forget they're only predictions. Get your installer to check the actual received strengths with his meter - actually the same goes for Mendip, sometimes a skight tweak of the aerial can make a difference.

If you have HbbTV turned on, then Channels 100 & 555 should display correctly on the LG.
There are quite a few sets, your Toshiba is obviously one, that don't fully support Freeview Play and HbbTV and it's an oddity that such sets display 100 correctly but not 555, I have yet to discover why.
I'm afraid I can't help regarding Amazon Fire & Chromecast.

A couple of points to note here, coverage maps aren't always that accurate and there appears there may be some dead spots which is why a full postcode is needed to get a more accurate estimate/prediction of coverage.
Depending on your location there could be 4 or 5 transmitters you might pick up with varying degrees of success.
Despite the page title, Rouncefall is not a "Light" transmitter it has all 6 multiplexes as per the table under 1 Aug 2018 towards the top of the page (but not COM8 that's an error).
If you are getting London signals and not Anglia you could be tuned to the wrong UHF channels, or in a deadish spot for Rouncefall. Try manual tuning.
Which direction is your main aerial pointing and are the rods (or squashed Xs) horizontal? Are you pointing the indoor aerial in the same direction?

COLIN ALLISON:
It's not a good idea to "search" / retune when you have pixellated signals. It means the signals are weak or have interference which may be due to transmitter maintenance or some weather conditions. Invariably you can lose correct tuning and have to repeat it when signals are normal, maybe having to try several times as you can't be certain when that may be!
C44 is the D3&4/PSB2 mux at Malvern.
Malvern''s channels are C41, C44, C47, C29, C31, C37 in the order PSBs1-3, COMs4-6.
The Malvern transmitter hasn't had any Planned Engineering recently and I can't find any recent faults listed either. It's quite likely that you problem may have been weather related creating interference from more distant transmitters. There has been some sporadic Tropospheric Ducting around, see
Effect of tropospheric ducting on Freeview | RTIS for a simplistic explanation. It's been very variable, and can come and go quite quickly, sometimes last longer.
I would however check that your downlead looks undamaged and that your aerial seems intact and pointing in the correct direction. Also check all you coax plugs, connections, flyleads etc, unplug connectors check for corrosion or other problems and reconnect them. Flyleads can be a common problem, try swapping them. See what signal strengths (if any) and quality you are getting for the other multiplexes shown in your TV's tuning section, this might indicate potential issues with your aerial or downlead.
Aerial misalignments, problematic connections, water ingress etc. can seem to affect reception of just AN individual or several multiplexes.
Also check that you don't have any HDMI leads close to any aerial or flyleads, especially if the aerial and flyleads aren't high quality double screened types. HDMI is known to sometimes cause interference.

IAN DAVIDSON:
The simple answer is that the Durris transmitter does not transmit the SDL multiplex that carries Talk Radio. You can try a manual tune Block 11A: 216.928 MHz in case you can get a weak signal that autotune may miss, as the nearest transmitter with SDL is the Angus transmitter just in the N of Dundee.

Oh bad luck. If it gets too frustrating, you could consider Freesat. A lot of modern TVs have an inbuilt satellite tuner, so all you'd need would be a Dish and LNB. See Channels List & On-Demand Players | Freesat for the channels currently on Freesat.

It never was on C48 I'm afraid, and the Local mux is on C35. As has been mentioned a few times around this site, see towards the end of my last comment about this on p313 here Crystal Palace (Greater London, England) Full Freeview transmitter | free and easy unfortunately the site owner has not had the time to do all the updates from the 700MHz Clearance program or correct some errors that appear.
