The partial post code given is insufficient to show anything about your reception conditions. Please give a full post code then we can see which of over 1100 transmitters your are using and what the expected reception is like. You could also enter the full post code into the Digital UK Coverage Checker at Digital UK - Coverage checker It may be that the recent changes have moved some channels to frequencies that your current aerial is unable to receive. A number of the changes require people to now use a wideband aerial. If that is the case for you, then ring 0808 100 0288, the Freeview Advice line number.

Have you done a full retune? Some changes were implimented over night and you need a retune to get your channels back. You may also need an aaerial change to get channels 55 and 56 for Com 6 and Com 7 services as you existing aerrial may not receive them now.

It could be that your existing aerial is unable to receive channels 55 and 66 for Com 7 and Com 8. At change of aerial to a wideband type would be needed in that case. Call the Freeview advice line on 0808 100 0288 to see if you qualify for a free replacement of your aerial.

To make any meaningful suggestions we need a full post code. Then, and only then, can we see where you are in relation to the over 1100 transmitters and what the predicted reception is like at your location.
Indoor aerials are rarely any good in my lengthy experience, the range quoted is very suspect and unreliable.

They are still there! Maybe you do not have ideal reception or are too far away from the transmitter, or maybe do not have a wideband type aerial.

There is engineering work at present. It should return when the work is completed.

You are just 9km away from the very powerful Crystal Palace transmitter, so you should be getting very good reception. There is a chance that the signal being received could be too strong, so please will you check what the reported signal strengths are on your TV set. It should not be any greater than 85%.
Further, the work done at Crystal Palace a few weeks ago changed the aerial requirement so that now a wideband type aerial is needed to get all channels (the 'old' Group A aerials cannot receive the new Channels 55 and 56 at all well). So you may need to have the aerial changed, contact the Freeview Helpline on 0808 100 0288 as tou may qualify for a free replacement aerial if you do not also have a satellite or cable system available.

If one TV is getting the BBC channels well then that suggests either a poor connection to the one having problems, or it has a fault (but probably not likely, though should be considered).
Try disconnecting the aerial feed to the troubled TV and refit all the plugs and sockets (poor contact can cause this problem). Then do a retune without the aerial connected followed by a retune with the aerial plugged in. Then check the signal strengths for all the channels, it needs to be between 60% and 85%. Any higher or lower will cause prioblems. Remember that different make/model sets have different tuners, some being more susceptible to overload than other or being less sensitive so needing more signal.
There is also the poissibility that your aerial may not now be ideal for the currently transmitted signals, you now need a wideband type, as COM7 and COM8 are now on channels 55 and 56.

BBC News HD is on Com7 which is now on channel 55 (Com 8 is on channel 56). It could be that your original aerial is unable to receive thee higher channels, hence the apparent loss of the service. You need to retune and check what reception of Com 7 is like on channel 55. If it is weak, then you need a wideband aerial installed. If you do not have a satellite service or cable, then you may qualify for a free aerial replacement by contacting 0808 100 0288 which is the Freeview Advice Line number.
