This website is entirely independent of any broadcaster and is intended to assist viewers having reception problems, so is not able to do anything with your request. You would do better to contact the broadcasters directly or talk to an advertising agency.

Tom Scott:
Please check your aerial cables and connections. If there are coaxial pluggs/sockets in use then unplug thos and then refit, that will clear any corrosion/oxidation that is a common cause of your problems. It is very unlikely to be the transmitter as no one else has reported any such problem and Arqiva (who operate the transmitters) have not so reported either.

Steve Wilson:
Transmitters are not turn off at night, so you either have an aerail fault or else interference caused by something operated with a timer.

To assist we really need you to provide your full post code so we can examine the expected reception conditions at your location. There are over 1100 transmitters around the UK, most will be wporking correctly but a few will have upgrade engineering works from time to time.
You should start by checking all your aerial cables and connections. If there are coaxial plug/sockets, unplug them and refit. DO NOT RETUNE.

Look at the Digital UK Coverage Checker results for your location at Coverage Checker - Detailed View That shows you should get good reception from the BlaenPlwyf transmitter.
If you are not then check all your aerial system, checking to any damage to the cables and for any poor connections. If there are coaxial plugs/sockets then unplug thos and refit them, that removes any corrosion/oxidation on the contacts which is a common cause if signal problems.

The Digital UK Coverage Checker for your location, see Coverage Checker - Detailed View shows that reception of COMs 7 & 8 from Sandy Heath to be variable. Therefore it is unlikely that you will get reliable reception of any of the programmes carried on those multiplexes.
The alternative transmitter at Sudbury does not carry COMs 7 & 8 so does not transmit those HD coded channels.

You can find information about which programmes are available by looking at http://www.digitaluk.co.u…ngs. For reception information look at http://www.digitaluk.co.u…ker. Both of these options are operated by Digital UK, who are the orgfanisation responsible for the management of Freeview.

You would do better if you asked therm directly as this website has no connection to that programme provider.

True Entertainment is still broadcast on programme 61. It is carried on COM4 on most transmitters. So please check all your aerial cables and connections, unplugging any coaxial plugs from their sockets and then refitting (that is to clear any possible corrosion/oxidation from the contact surfaces). When you have done that please get your TV to rescan without the aerial plugged in and then do another scan with it plugged in again. That wuill reset the tuner and should provide reception - unless there is a fault at the transmitter.
Without knowing where you are we cannot tell whether there is any transmitter problem, so please provide a full post code (a partial will not trigger the information needed).
