Brian - I don't even have the problem. I'm upset on behalf of the people who have had the problem imposed on them.

Digital switchover is a pain - and a cost - for me. But at least I have a background to understand it.

I have just fought through the DSO process on behalf of a disabled person. It took 4 visits and a GREAT deal of me being VERY purposeful.

There must be tens of thousands of disabled people who do not have a me to fight for them.

RobF - No; NOBODY knows if that would help.

But IIUC your aerial lead goes fron outside to main TV then ON from main TV to the rest?

Or do you mean the incoming aerial goes from the main feed to the splitter on to 3TVs and a DVD/VHS? That would be better. Better still to split near the aerial, but can be hard.

Is the splitter powered?

Have you tried switching round the TVs and the connections? Is it a TV that gives problems, or one of the places wired to?

Do you have plug/socket connections? You need as few as possible. Better a wire through the wall into a TV than a wall mounted socket.

Is your external cable new or old? Old may be fine, or may be damp.

Colour of plastic coating means nothing unless it indicates what is within.

Interesting, and thanks, but why are the redacted ones redacted? Seems to include many/most major tx?

Have you tried watching them LIVE?

Need to know if it is what is recorded that is bad, or the playback.

Possible - yes.

Likely - no.

Is it intermittant or permanent?

MW/LW work perfectly well with aerials built into the smallest trannie.

FM often requires one sticking up a couple of feet.

DAB needs a rooftop.

Internet radio has to be wired into your home.

This is a very odd sort of progress.

Is that internal antenna?

Great. But presumably not for Harry.

Here in N Wales - though not a remote bit - FM radio is still less than perfect, and requires rods or wires to work at all.

I do not feel inspired to buy !

Review comment (first in line)
Wanted a cheap DAB radio for the bathroom. This radio needs 4 large LR14 bateries which lasted about 2 weeks as the display cannot be turned off and power is continually used. Had to buy another radio as the regular battery replacement made it too expensive to use for this purpose.
