All free TV channels in the UK

GeordieLad: The missing channels are all broadcast on DVB-T2 multiplexes (COM7 & COM8) which your SD TV cannot receive.

Michael Salmond: Retuning was a bad idea as you have now deleted several of your channels which were correctly tuned to begin with. Have you checked for any loose or damaged cables or connections behind your TV? Does the bedroom TV use the same aerial as any other TVs in the house or does it have it's own?

Chris Roberts: You're most likely suffering from electrical interference. Resetting won't fix it and is the worst thing to do as you are just deleting all of your channels and searching for them again. You need to look for electrical items which are in use in your own home (or that of a near neighbour) at the times that you loose signal.

Bob: Scan for stations and if you're within the coverage area TalkSport should appear in the station list. See your radio's manual for instructions.

Becky Bryant: If it keeps happening then you most likely have a fault with your aerial system. Start by checking for any loose or damaged cables or connections behind your TV. Do not attempt to retune as this will just delete all of your correctly tuned channels and search for them again.

Andrew Longfield: Try looking in the 800 range of channel numbers, which is where duplicate channels should be put if you can receive more than one transmitter.

Dave Ayres: Channel 4 HD is broadcast on the PSB3 multiplex (which also carries BBC1 HD, BBC2 HD, ITV HD, Channel 5 HD & CBBC HD) at 20kW from Beacon Hill. Perhaps you meant Channel 4 +1 HD which is found on COM7 (currently broadcast at 7.3kW)? COM7 & COM8 are temporary services which are broadcast at lower power levels in order to avoid causing interference with other transmitters which use the same frequencies.
