Veronica Palmer: Different parts of Cornwall are covered by several different transmitters so we need to know which one you're using (please provide a full postcode) to be able to offer any meaningful advice.

Mark A: ITV3 is still on channel 10 on the COM4/SDN mux. The version on 788 is on the PSB2 mux. This appears to be an interim arrangement to allow access to the version on PSB2 which is expected to move to channel 10 when the version on COM4 is switched of and replaced with something else.

James McCune: Dave is on the COM5 multiplex, which has moved to UHF channel 33. If you can't get it by manually tuning, contact the Freeview Advice Line and they will arrange for someone to visit you a fit a new wideband aerial (free of charge if you don't have satellite or cable). Emma k: There is engineering work showing for Hemel Hempstead transmitter in the early hours of Friday morning but nothing since. Are you certain that you're using the Hemel Hempstead transmitter? There are other transmitters that you could be using depending on your exact location (please provide a full postcode). Also, have you checked for any loose or damaged cables or connections behind your TV?

Noel Humphries: If you are loosing signal at the same time each night, the most likely explanation is that you're suffering from local interference caused by something operating on a timer (probably something with an electric motor such as a central heating pump, appliances such as washing machines, etc).

Paul Brookes: Frequency changes have nothing to do with being digital. It is down to the dates set by the frequency planners for changes to take place, which have to be co-ordinated across the entire transmitter network as well as with the availability of enough engineers to make the required changes at each transmitter.

Steve: This is not True Entertainment's website and no one here can answer any questions about scheduling. Try contacting the broadcaster via their own website - True Channels

SimonP: The frequency change only took place a few days ago. Have some patience, it takes time for websites to be updated by their owners.
