Have you checked for any loose or damaged cables or connections behind your TV and along the route of the cable from the TV, as far as you can safely access back towards the aerial? It's highly likely that you're suffering from some sort of fault in your aerial system or possibly local electrical interference.

Michael Dawson: Give the Freeview Advice Line a call (see link below) - they can send someone out who can fit a replacement aerial (if your existing aerial is no longer suitable following the frequency changes) free of charge if you don't have satellite or cable.

Steve: Access is not being restricted to any channels, none of the main commercial multiplexes (COM4/5/6) are being removed or having their power output reduced at any transmitter from which they currently broadcast. Given that digital switchover (DSO) was completed in 2012, most of those viewers who can only receive a lite transmitter should be well aware of the limited number of channels they can receive by now (a number which has increased slightly in recent years, as more efficient encoders have allowed ITV & Channel 4 to add more of their channels to the PSB2 multplex which is broadcast from every transmitter).

larry: Horse & Country recently closed on satellite, which was announced some time ago. The page on the channel's own website (this is an independent website for technical help with TV & radio reception problems) at the link below explains how you can now view the channel online. There appear to be both free and subscription options.

Stuart Dearlove: Newton is a lite transmitter which only broadcasts around 20 SD and 6 HD channels. If you provide a full postcode we can check whether you may be able to receive more channels from another transmitter, or alternatively you could look at getting Freesat.

Linda Riches: The Sony channels are broadcast on the local TV multiplex and are therefore only available in areas which have a local TV station on Freeview channel 7 or 8. The local mux from Belmont is broadcast directionally North towards Hull and Grimsby, with only a limited amount of signal being broadcast in other directions.

Carole Young: This is not Now 80's website and it is unlikely that anyone from the channel will read your post here. This is an independent website for technical help with TV and radio reception problems.

Tish: W and Alibi are both pay channels, there is little chance of them appearing on Freeview or Freesat any time soon.
