Tim: 100% Signal strength suggests that you have way too high signal level going into your tuner. This is likely to cause a reduction in quality.
Is there a signal amplifier/booster in there somewhere? Some receivers have them built in (which can be turned on or off).
Are you in a flat with a communal aerial?

Iain nicol: Emley Moor has finished switchover and all channels are in their final position.
However, 23rd November is the date that some of the channels from Belmont (in Lincolnshire) changes, which could perhaps explain that message.
If the main channels you have stored aren't from Belmont, then perhaps those in the 800s are and the message pertains to them.

Roger Peters: From what I can make out, there are no retune events tomorrow for the transmitters that serve your area.
Do you know what transmitter your aerial points at? If not, what direction is it pointing?
Is your TV and Humax served by the same aerial?

neha: Can you try manually tuning to UHF channel 22 (which carries the missing stations)?
If you don't know how to do it, perhaps it will tell you in the user guide as to how to manually tune.

Brian: Aerials pick up, to a lesser degree, signals from other transmitters.
Can you manually tune your PC to the correct UHF channel?

It says that in February 2009 Mynydd Emroch was re-attributed from Carmel to Kilvey Hill. It also says that Mynydd Emroch's switchover dates were as Kilvey Hill.

Stuart O.: No. What I'm saying is that in February 2009 Mynydd Emroch changed from being a relay of Carmel to a relay of Kilvey Hill.
The final stage of Mynydd Emroch's switchover therefore occurred on 9th September (as it was then a relay of Kilvey Hill and had been so for seven months).
As for Machynlleth and Ynys Pennal, they are relays of Long Mountain and, according to the list of analogue transmitters from Ofcom, were so before:

The Digital UK trade newsletter for the Long Mountain switchover sheds some light on this:

It says that "Before switchover, Long Mountain is technically a relay of Blaenplwyf but at switchover, it becomes line-fed."
So pre-DSO Machynlleth and Ynys Pennal were relays of Blaenplwyf via Long Mountain.
I don't know why some relays are re-attributed from one main transmitter to another; it is a good question and perhaps one of the professionals on here can shed some light on this.
I can appreciate that where such changes mean different regional programming that it might not go down so well! On the other hand, some might be pleased to watch what they see as regional news of more relevance to them.
