The Digital UK site gives information on a weekly basis. Exact times of low power and outages can't be given as these things are done as and when they are needed during the works for technical and safety reasons.

Cindy Smith: It's not available on Freesat.
To receive it your aerial must be pointing to Waltham. If reception at New Ollerton Post Office is anything to go by then you have no chance, Waltham being poor and Emley Moor and Belmont being good.

Jade: Via satellite (Freesat or Sky), yes.
Via Freeview, no, because it's carried along with "local" TV services in areas where they exist, Coventry not being one of them.

Claire Blunden: You don't.
If the signal strength screen, whilst on BBC One HD and ITV HD, says you are tuned to UHF channel 39 (618MHz or 618.2MHz) then you are indeed receiving the signal from Hannington.

John: You may find that there is a setting for region or network preference, which needs turning on with it set to "East Midlands".

Darren Glynn : All transmitters broadcast high definition services on their PSB3 multiplexes. Services available are the HD variants of BBC One, BBC Two, BBC Three, CBBC, ITV and Channel 4.

andrew: There a number of possible ways to avoid the wrong region (wrong transmitter) being selected during the automatic tuning process. These vary depending on the design of the box as well as the UHF channels (frequencies) used by the wanted and unwanted transmitters.
Use the manual tune function if it's available, or else you may have to resort to unplugging the aerial during part of the scan. Later models, capable of receiving HD often have a selection of "region" or "network" which would accomplish the same outcome.
Without knowledge as to your location or transmitter it's not possible to be any more specific.

Jim: BBC standard definition TV and radio are carried on PSB1 multiplex. Whitehawk broadcasts this on UHF channel 60, which is the highest and the closest to 4G services in the 800MHz band which may be operating in your area, these occupying channel 61 upwards. Therefore, it's worth seeing if 800MHz 4G has started by ringing at800.

David: This sounds like failure of a signal amplifier or its power supply. Don't assume that just because the light is on that it's functioning normally all it's telling you is that there is power there.
