Below are all of Dave Lindsay's postings, with the most recent are at the bottom of the page.John: I don't know about Freesat, but RT will be broadcast from Brougher Mountain,
Black Mountain and Carnmoney Hill at lower power than the other services. According to Digital UK, Divis will not carry these services.
See here for the recently published Installer Newsletter from Digital UK on the subject of the switchover in Northern Ireland:

Quote from that leaflet:
The Good Friday Agreement and February 2010 Memorandum of Understanding between the UK and Ireland Governments included provision for ensuring that TG4 , RT 1 and RT 2 standard definition services are made available to much of Northern Ireland . In part this will be achieved via a seventh, low-power, TV multiplex (mux), operating from the Brougher Mountain, Black Mountain and Carnmoney Hill transmitters and using the DVB-T2 standard to maximise coverage. While all three services will be standard definition only, a Freeview HD receiver will be required to watch them. The timing for the launch of these services is still to be confirmed.

graham k: We have had a number of reports of issues with this multiplex from Sutton Coldfield. A few hours ago some people posted to say that the fault with the transmitter has been fixed:

John: The transmitter isn't changing channels; it's your receiver that is retuning itself!
The BBC is on UHF channel 60 from Brierley Hill and ITV is on 57. Is this what you tuned it to?

Hollie: If you have a signal booster, remove it.
What sort of reception did you have before switchover?

Roy: Are there any trees that could be in the way?
At 94degrees, could it be other buildings on the lane that are in the way?

David F: If it is reflected signal (and it is probably difficult to say without professional test gear), then it might be possible to re-site the aerial so that there is something blocking the reflection. For example, move it to where there is a building in the direction you think that the reflection is coming from. Turning it might help. I guess that it should be turned anti-clockwise, although there is no harm in trying clockwise as it might pick up some perminant reflected signal which could be more stable.
What about using the West Kilbride relay? If your aerial is a group one, then you will probably need a replace it with either a group B or wideband.

Chris: If the set-top aerial works fine on the Thompson PVR, then I suggest that the problem might be too much signal.

Garth Prosser: If you're on the Bretch Hill transmitter, then no, they won't ever be available. See here:

The predictor suggests that reception from Oxford *might* be possible in your post code. Whether it will be at your exact location is another matter, but if you are to look at getting these extra channels, then that would appear to your only option (on terrestrial television).
The transmission power is low from Oxford and will be so until April, so I wouldn't do anything until then.

nick: Try manually tuning UHF channel 24 (for ITV/C4/C5 etc). This is the channel used by the Buxton relay.
