At your location Limavady is on a bearing of 270 degrees. Moville is at 289 degrees.
You may, if you are lucky, be able to receive from both with a single aerial pointed somewhere between the two. Or, you may be able to do a manual tune with it as it is and receive from Moville.
Moville broadcasts on UHF channel 45. Go to the manual tune function and select C45. Before you press the button to scan/add channels, see if it gives any indication of strength/quality.
Failing that, other possibilities may include:
- Receive from Divis instead. The adjacent Black Mountain transmitter carries RT/TG4, although not as many as Moville which is a Saorview transmitter. These two transmitters are close enough that a single aerial will work.
- Receive Freeview from Divis and Saorview from Moville using two aerials combined into one feed.
If a single aerial pointing somewhere between Moville and Limavady doesn't work, then I don't think that you will be able to combine (diplex) two because of the UHF channels used by each transmitter.
If you are looking at receiving from Limavady and Moville with one aerial, then be aware that the higher the gain, the narrower the acceptance angle. So a high-gain aerial may not have a big enough angle of acceptance to receive from two transmitters that are 19 degrees apart.

Sam: Larne transmitter does not broadcast RT channels.
Knowledge of your location, preferably in the form of postcode or nearby postcode (e.g. a shop) may allow a prediction to be made as to possibilities and the likelihood of success.

Linda: What is the video recorder she is using?
Those that take VHS tapes usually only can receive the former analogue.

Briantist: PSB3 from Larne is on C39+ (according to DUK Postcode Checker and Ofcom Licences V8).

Lorri Henry: They are almost inline from your location which wouldn't be expected to cause a problem.
The only observation I will make, and I'm not at all sure that this will act to your detriment, is that the Larne transmitter also uses C39, albeit that it is vertically polarised, whereas Divis/Black Mountain is horizontally so. You may be able to adjust or replace your aerial or you may be able to receive the NI Mux using a second aerial pointing to Carnmoney Hill which might be available at your location.

Kerry : Have you tried doing a manual scan on 21, 24 and 27?
When you go to the manual tune screen (assuming that the function is available on your machine) it might give an indication as to strength/quality on the channel before you press the button to scan/add channels.
Is there a booster you can try removing?

Are these the four HD channels on C30?
You must be receiving from Caldbeck!
Looking at your location, can you not receive from Limavady? You may be able to receive from both using the same aerial as they look to be roughly on the same bearing.

Mark: Having looked at the Limavady coverage map which also shows Moville, it is clear that there is maybe 10 or 20 degrees difference and that Carndonagh might not be served so well by Limavady.

annette: You must be receiving these from one of the Saorview transmitters in the Republic. You will probably need a Freeview HD receiver (or Saorview receiver) to see the pictures that are broadcast.
The reason for this is that Saorview uses MPEG4 format for the pictures whereas Freeview standard definition pictures are in MPEG2. Hence Freeview standard definition receivers often don't have the capability to show MPEG4 pictures.
As Freeview HD uses MPEG4, those receivers can show MPEG4 pictures and hence will work with Saorview.
