ET: You will still get BBC ONE HD, BBC HD and ITV1 HD, and normally C4 HD (as long as you keep the card in the box).

Andy morrison: A good choice.
Are you sure you are using Pontop Pike, as you could be getting Freeview from Fenham?
If you are sure your aerial is pointing at Pontop Pike, can you see Single frequency interference | ukfree.tv - independent free digital TV advice please?

Carlos: As I posted the first time you asked, I would suspect that the dish is not aligned correctly, or that the LNB package has failed.

Wendy: Quite why TV makers think that people like remote controls that are as complicated as possible is still an unresolved question.
By the way, once you have the HDMI working to the V+, make sure it is on "1080" in the TV setting menu, it defaults to "720".

Mark A.: I think ITV have been caught out by the "no new EPG slots" problem. They must have lost the ITV4+1 slot when they brought in ITV1+1.

Roger in Eastbourne BN23: The digital switchover is both the turning off of analogue and the new high power services, this happens on the same day.
You will need a wideband aerial, not a group B, as you won't get the (potential) local TV service on C54 with a group B.
