Kenneth Lea: Indoor aerials are not suitable for reliable Freeview reception.
The best thing to do is to connect your set to the working rooftop aerial.

Bruce Clarke: Rowridge is running in 2k mode, so you won't have any problems, it only switched-over transmitters that are problematic.

John: I would have a look at Single frequency interference | ukfree.tv - independent free digital TV advice as there is no reason you should have problems with Freeview HD, assuming your are using a rooftop aerial.

shell: Digital UK doesn't know your postcode for some strange reason, Google is OK with it.
You are very close to Sandy Heath, you shouldn't need a booster.
