The map for Sandale shows that the transmitter is broadcasting with a primary coverage area in green and secondary coverage area in yellow.

As the transmitter ceased broadcasting analog TV services and broadcasts no digital TV services, there should not be any service area shown.

Readers should be advised to consult the page for the Caldbeck television transmitter.

Corin: The page makes quite clear that the transmitter is no longer in use. The coverage area is shown for historical reasons.
