Adrian : All BBC One HD regions have launched on satellite and cable. Half of them launched on Freeview last month and the remaining regions are due to launch on Freeview next week, replacing the current national BBC One HD on channel 101.

It's been confirmed the final changes should occur on the 26th. The "subject to change" has been removed from the BBC announcement. :)
