Briantist: In the East (East sub-region), we already have Suffolk now: it began on Monday 6th. June about 1 p.m. It's on 720. Norfolk remains on 719. In this sub-region, we also now have: London on 721, Cambridgeshire on 722,which we had already, prior to 6/6/2016) and finally we have Essex on 734. All new ones started 1 p.m. 6/6/2016 from TAC and SUD. It wouldn't be right or fair for me to comment on the rest of your 'waiting list', because I feel that those that respond should be 'natives' of the regions on which they are commenting. Off topic, slightly, do you know whether there've been any developments on local DAB muxes for the Channel Islands? Can't find anything on Ofcom or elsewhere about this published since about 2011!!! By the way, for your info, Brian, BBC Radio York is now on the North Yorkshire local DAB multiplex run by Muxco, according to wohnort, which is normally pretty reliable! Richard.

Richard Cooper: Thanks. I seem to have made a copy-and-paste error with East East vs East West in the BBC document. I've corrected this page and also you can see the correct ones on Which Freeview channels does the Tacolneston transmitter broadcast? etc.

The DAB information on this site is generated by the Ofcom database (ok, spreadsheet) so the official information is still as per BBC Radio York .

There's always the Radio Freeview list here too - https://ukfree.tv/channel…ontv .

also, here's a spreadsheet version of the data as it is interesting.

Briantist: Hi Brian. Thank you for the updating you did yesterday evening. The following link seems to provide similar info but includes an update regarding BBC East Yorks & Lincs (Hull centre), but with no proposed start dates:

Hi, re Freesat ITV HD. We have picture and sound breakup on ITV HD only, both on our Humax box and on our Sony TV. Any advice would be welcome! The dish installer was aware of the problem but had nothing of offer...

Andrew Way: Referring to the Humax Freesat box. Carry out a signal test on the box for around a minute or so whilst viewing ITV HD, paying particular attention for any fluctuations in either the strength or (more importantly) the quality of the signal. By the way, accessing the signal indications on some Humax Freesat devices is under diagnostics.

Another thing to check is that your dish has a clear view of the S/S Eastern skyline, and is not being intermittently / partially obstructed by anything such as tree foliage etc.

Briantist: Hi, Brian. I thought I would let you know that another tranche of BBC Local Radio stations on Freeview goes live this coming Tuesday, 21st June, following those added this Tuesday just gone, Tuesday 14th. June. They seem to have got into the routine of a batch per week! I'm assuming they'll have "done 'em all" by the end of the month" Here's the link once again:-

BBC - Launching BBC Local Radio stations onto Freeview - Help Receiving TV and Radio

I'd been inclined to hang on until they've finished before you do further updates, unless you have plenty of time on your hands! Richard, Norwich.
