I lost Film4 and related channels a couple of weeks ago in Chorley, Lancashire. No change of equipment and tried retuning several times.

I have looked at the advice suggested re single frequency interference, but there has been no change in terms of other equipment affecting my installation, so why would I all of a sudden need a wideband ariel when it was perfect a few days ago? I have also tried unplugging the ariel and rescanned without connected. Then retuning but although the tv has the channel in the list there is nothing by way of reception.
I also have Freesat HD and no problem with that

Bryan: Well, clearly you would not need to change your aerial if it was working before.
Freesat uses satellites that are above the equator over the DR Congo, and have nothing to do at all with Freeview.
