Hi I am nowhere near Manchester my transmitter being Stockland Hill, Wenvoe Menedip , BA11 2QR
Ihave retuned two Freview TVs without seeing a whisper of Movies4Men.
Does that mean it is not available? Or should I try tuning manually. If so, how? IE What data do I input?
Thanks for your help.

I don't think it can be right to call it the MEN multiplex? It's run by Guardian Media Group, so GMG would be appropriate. GMG used to own the Manchester Evening News, but that has now been sold - and the MEN never ran Channel M or the local mux - the most they did was to supply news content to Channel M when they were sister companies in the Guardian Group.

Greebo: It was called "MEN" in the official documentation, that is the designation it got, the current official Ofcom designation is that it belongs to "Channel M Television Limited", not the GMG. Ofcom | Ofcom awards spectrum licence in Manchester to Channel M Television Limited .
Licences do not automatically transfer to GMG because Channel M Television Ltd is still in existence.

Interesting- have you got a link to the offical documentation that calls it the MEN mux?

Greebo: Not to hand, the best I can see on the Ofcom site now is http://stakeholders.ofcom….pdf . I must have got MEN from somewhere official...

D STEEL: Without wishing to appear obtuse, it is called FreeSAT because it is a satellite service, for which a dish is required.
