I have now lost all signal can you tell me what the problem might be?
The problem could be one of:
- the aerial has been moved or damaged;
- the cables or connectors that connect the digibox to the aerial are damaged;
- the digibox has broken.
If you have a "spare" digibox you use this to test the aerial connection. Can you still watch analogue TV OK?

We are in Taunton, Somerset, and all the TV's stopped having a signal about 12.10pm or so. Is it our problem or the area in general. Neighbours are out so cannot ask them!

For the last couple of weeks we have been receiving our Freeview signal intermittently. Sometimes it disappears for a few days then returns again. Our transmitter is based at Caldbeck and after imputing our postcode on this page wesee a flashing fault sign...anyone we can get in touch with to find out what is going on.

We live in Swindon too and our signal has got progressively worse. I am fed up with wiggling wires and retuning. It is not us the signal is worse and some needs to admit and do something about it. We had a Digital recorder for at Christmas and we rarely get to record anything because of the signal. The @800 people say it is not them yet we are only 1500 metres from the relay station. What the hell is going on? !!!!

You do not state your equipment, all I can do is refer you to above my reply dated Sunday 21st July, it worked for all Sony recorders, if you do not have Sony try instructions any way there might be a solution there somewhere, it seems for some as yet unexplained reason that the British signal is at fault and cannot be read by certain equipment, please post results to gelp others,

G D Bennett: even with work going on at Crystal Pslace, your signal should be fine. Virgin is cable, not freeview, so are entirely different.
If your getting no signal at all(and check with another freeview box to make sure there is not a glitch with just one tv, etc) - there must be a problem within your system. If the aerial is in the loft, check all the connections.
