Tate: This problem is apparently widespread and only affects their Freeview transmissions, as the programme information is broadcast as normal on True Entertainments equivalent channel on Freesat 142.
I have been in touch with them about this, and am waiting on them getting back to me, likewise when / if they do I will post their reply.

M. Roberts: If you are having problems with the EPG listings , that is excluding the issue concerning the True Entertainment channel which is not caused by a fault on the box, try disconnecting your box from the mains supply then waiting approximately 30 seconds or so before reconnecting it again.
The alternative, and better way, being to carry out a "manufacturers reset" on the box, this also known on some brands as "default setting" / "first time installation" or some similar sounding name.

Irene: If you have followed the advice given to M.Roberts? then it wont make any difference to what you are referring to, as that said was concerning a glitch having occurred within the box, whereas no EPG info on the True Entertainment channel (EPG61) is down to a broadcasting problem, cause unknown as yet.

jb38: OK everyone who has (like me) been reporting the loss of the Electronic Programme Guide (EPG) information for Freeview channel 61 - True Entertainment. In an official response to the large number of queries and complaints that the broadcaster has received regarding this matter they posted a message on their facebook page (sadly their website is currently down as it is being upgraded) saying that it was a problem that happened over the weekend due to a power-shortage on their computer servers.
I am pleased to say that the problem seems to have now been resolved. The EPG information for T.E. is back up and working again now on my TV. Can others check and see if it is up and running again for them?

Mark Wood : Yes, thanks for confirmation on this, as I had e-mailed them on Monday morning informing them of this widespread problem, although was unaware that they had subsequently published an update on the situation to the effect that the situation had been resolved.
