checked the Digital Coverage by post code and True Entertainment doesn't show on any of the SDN, ARQA, ARQB, would this mean no longer broadcast in the area.
Channel closures and changes informs True Entertainment channel should have moved from 61 to 48, after re tuning was showing on 790 then gone completely?
STV is the transmitter??

STV is not a transmitter but a programme service aimed at Scottish viewers. If you give your full post code we can look up the corrct current UHF channels in use by the preferred transmitter in your locality.

Hello, there are various programs which I follow on True Entertainment. However it now seems to have changed channels from 61, to 48. I am now unable to receive the programming. I have tried retuning my television to no avail. could you please advise a solution. I live in Leicester.
Many thanks

Paul Quilter:
True Entertainment has been moved at the owner's agreement (Sony) onto local multiplexes, that are transmitted at lower power outputs than the usual range of channels.
A loval service aimed only at Nottingham is available on UHF channel 26, but it is highly unlikely to be received anywhere in the vicinity of Leicester.

As nobody else seems to have had the decency to reply back to you, I will just say *THANK YOU* both for taking the time to explain the situation...many times over it seems(!)
I also came here wondering why I could no longer receive this channel, but unlike many people here I am capable of READING and found the answer just a few posts back.
Clearly you both have plenty of patience - if it was me my answers would have become increasingly sarcastic, or I would have simply given up!
Well done sirs

Hi all, what is going on? I re-scanned and got back True Entertainment/Movies but in the last three days all I get is the message..SERVICE IS NOT RUNNING. Now before you say re-tune I did as stated and yes the channels changed to their new locations so this is not the cause I know that because when you moved from the old channels I got the message..CHANNEL NOT FOUND. So are you down in Hertfordshire area? Maintenance? Or some other reason?

Why couldn't the free view provider kindly explain to people in the districts that were to no longer get the service that is was to be discontinued instead of all of us wasting our time, doing a rescan as they keep suggesting. Lots of us older folk enjoy these channels, and are struggling to find out what happened. It can't be beyond there capabilities surely. All we want to know now is if it will be restored.
