It will depend on what frequency of email you signed up for, even then it's not my fault if the site hasn't sent an email when it should have (I'm getting my weekly ones, some people sign for daily etc.) have you changed your email address? If you didn't keep a note of where you posted there are still two ways of finding them -
There's a link to all your own posts at the end of each post (as well as a link to that individual post) -
In that list of your posts, each post has a link to the board where you made the post at the top of the post., and at the end of the post there's the link to the specific post, responses are obviously after that.
On the site Menu (top LH of the page) you can click News and select "Your comments" where you'll find a list of all the most recent posts made to the site, each preceded with a link to that post on the relevant board (obviously if many other posts have been made, your particular post may have gone off the end of the list).
The specific post you made, and the reply you can find here - Get to see your Freeview predictions map | free and easy
Unfortunately, sometimes these links are broken. As the site owner hasn't had the time to fix them, we contributors have to make the best of it and it can be very frustrating, but in the case of the ones I've mentioned in relation to your recent posts, they all seem to work.

What makes you think the transmitter is reducing power John? What is happening exactly and is it affecting all channels or just some - which ones? My suspicion is it could be an interference problem if it's happening at exactly 1810 each day. If you provide a full postcode we can see what the Freeview detailed Coverage Checker predicts for reception at your location.

If your aerial is pointing at the Nottingham transmitter (ideally a Group K aerial although Group T or Wideband will do) it will be pointing at bearing 161 degrees (that's ~ fractionally S of SSE) with the rods vertical, hence no COMs 7&8.
According to the Freeview Detailed Coverage checker you can get good reception from several transmitters.
Waltham (Central East region) is one of them which also broadcasts the Local Nottingham multiplex, Sutton Coldfield is another (Central West region) but not predicted to receive ANY local Multiplex, and only some multiplexes from Belmont (so not recommended).
Assuming you want Central East region, if indeed your aerial is already pointing at Waltham bearing 125 degrees (slightly E of SE) with the rods horizontal, if it happens to be an old Group A aerial then this is not going to receive COMs 7&8 on UHF channels 55 & 56, for which you require a Group T/Wideband.
HOWEVER, it's just been announced at short notice that COM8 is going to close on the 22nd June see 22 Jun 2020 - Important channel broadcast changes | Freeview
Already quite a few people are very annoyed about this as the 700MHz frequencies still haven't been cleared due to the covid-19 situation, nor (consequently have the frequencies been auctioned yet) and it would be AT LEAST a year before MNOs that bought the frequencies may contemplate using them.
In the meanwhile, it's predicted that Forces TV will move to COM7 so unless that's not correct and it moves to COM 5 or 6, you are in the same boat.
In view of this closure of COM8 (some of use think that it's a commercial decision by Arqiva) we've no idea how long COM7 may last. So unless you are contemplating moving/changing your own aerial you may want to wait until at least the 22nd June to see what happens with the changes.

David Schindler:
The changes last September moved the multiplex UHF channels as part of the 700MHz clearance program from aerial Group C/D to Group B.
If your aerials are older C/D group (and lower gain models) and there is maybe any trees on the line-of sight nearby, this is the likely explanation for your reception problems.
If you are contemplating changing your aerials it may be best to go for a Group K as they tend to have better gain at the lower channels than a Group B (or generally Group T or Wideband across Group B) as this will also allow for any potential future changes if in the coming years decisions are made to move all channels into Group A (most of us hope not!).

Obviously living that close to this transmitter, I assume you can see it, and your aerial will be pointing at it. Where (and when) was this " recent notice that service might be affected during work on Newry North Transmitter".
The Newry North Transmitter has not been listed by Freeview for Planned Engineering recently and neither are they listing any faults, nor has the BBC listed any in the last 5 days.
There are two other transmitters close to you. It is not uncommon for aerials to pick up other signals from "side-lobes" even towards the rear of the aerial. The Freeview Detailed Coverage Checker doesn't predict any reception from the Newry South transmitter except poor reception of the BBC B multiplex, however it predicts good reception from Camlough and the BBC did list a fault here. Also whilst the Leitrim transmitter is much further away, you are predicted to get some reception from it and its bearing will be within the beamwidth of your aerial pointing at Newry North.
All these transmitters are relays off Divis which is currently listed for Planned Engineering with "Possible weak signal" so it may be that there could be some disruption of service to the relays. I'm wondering if it's likely that if Newry North was briefly off-air (for whatever reason) that an automatic rescan has picked up signals from one of the other transmitters which will be somewhat weaker than you'd expect from the aerial pointing at Newry North.
If you can enter the TV Tuning section and look for which UHF channels it has tuned to (you may find these in something like Signal Test or Manual Tuning, it should be UHF C22 for BBCA, C25 for D3&4, and C28 if you have HD (BBCB). If you can't do that, then it may be best to try a further retune, but as follows -
First unplug the aerial and carry out an automatic retune, this should clear all previous tuning as nothing should be found. Then plug the aerial back in and repeat the retune and hopefully all channels should be correctly restored.
If you still have a problem after that, it would be a good idea to check all you coax connections, flyleads, coax cable for condition and that the aerial is still pointing the correct way with the rods vertical.

Mendip uses the following channels C32, C34, C35, C36, C48, C33, C36, C55, C56, C30
That's is the order PSBs1-3, COMs 4-8, Local mux. You may not receive the Local mux at your location.
Please note that at short notice COM8 is closing on June 22nd some channels are moving to COM7 and other multiplexes, some channels are closing.
See 22 Jun 2020 - Important channel broadcast changes | Freeview
For the channels on each mux see Channel listings | Freeview although there was some minor changes on 2nd June and the list hasn't been updated!
If you want the Frequency of each UHF channel, hover over each of the channel numbers above in this post.
