Unless you are using a directional aerial, you do not really tune to a "transmitter" as all DAB multiplexes are Single Frequency Networks (SFNs) and you tune to the Block/Frequency/Multiplex.
The nearest transmitters to you from which you should get reception are -
Badgers Hill Woods (nr. Pye Green) roughly SW -
Block 11B: 218.640 MHz BBC Radio Shropshire & BBC Radio WM + some WM Commercial stations,
Block 12B: 225.648 MHz BBC National stations,
Block 12D: 229.072 MHz BBC Radio Stoke + Commercial stations.
Lichfield roughly SE -
Block 10B: 211.648 MHz BBC Radio Derby + East Midlands Commercial,
Block11C: 220.352 MHz BBC Radio WM + some WM Commercial stations
Sutton Coldfield roughly SSE
Block 11A: 216.928 MHz SDL National stations,
Block 11D: 222.064MHz D1 National stations,
Block 12B: 225.648 MHz BBC National stations..
You might also get reception from Sedgley Beacon Lane further away, roughly SSW - Blocks 11B, 11C, 11D, 12B
But all those are also carried on other transmitters nearer to you.
Reception from a given transmitter can depend on the layout of your house and windows, how thick walls are etc. and obviously the position of your radio (and its aerial - which you should move about to optimise reception).

Firstly, you should be able to receive it in Worlingworth, secondly AFAIK there's no way to watch on-line although previews and similar are available via their website.
Pop is currently carried on the COM6 multiplex, and two of the three transmitters it should be possible to receive in your locale transmit COM6. The Aldeburgh relay transmitter is the one that doesn't, being a "Light" transmitter carrying only the 3 PSB multiplexes and it is to the ESE (bearing 112 degrees) of you.
Which way is your aerial pointing?
To get COM6, the best signals should come from Tacolneston to the NNW (bearing 341 degrees) of you.
Make sure you are tuned to the correct UHF channels for Tacolneston -
C40, C43, C46, C42, C45, C39, C55, C32 in the order PSBs1-3, COMs4-7, Local.
Which means COM6/ArqB is on C39.
An alternative transmitter would be Sudbury to the SW (bearing 225 degrees) of you.
UHF channels are C44, C41, C47, C29, C31, C37 in the order PSBs1-3, COMs4-6
Note, satisfactory reception of all multiplexes will depend upon your aerial installation.
To complicate matters, at present both those transmitters could be affected by Planned Engineering which may give reception problems. If you are correctly tuned and have pixellated pictures, that could be the reason. Do not retune if you have pixellated pictures as it may just clear the correct tuning.

The transmitters that you get signals from at any time will depend upon the position of your radio (and its aerial) in your house, position of windows and thickness of walls etc. as well as you locale (full postcode) within Ruabon.
The following transmitters and multiplexes are possibilities -
Wrexham Rhos transmitter to the North of you
Good reception of multiplexes Block 12B: 225.648 MHz - BBC National mux, and Block 10D: 215.072 MHz carrying BBC Radio Wales, BBC Radio Cymru, BBC Radio Cymru 2 and some commercial stations.
The "Llangollen Vhf" transmitter to the WSW of you, good reception of 12B
The Pennant Farm transmitter to the SW of you, good reception of 12B
The Rhosfach Farm transmitter to the SSW of you, good reception of 12B and Block 11B: 218.640 MHz carrying BBC Radio Shropshire, BBC WM (West Midlands) and some commercial stations
Maybe the Long Mountain transmitter to the S of you, good reception of 12B
or The Wrekin transmitter to the SE of you, good reception of 12B , 11B, Block 11D: 222.064MHz - D1 National mux, Block 11A: 216.928 MHz - SDL National mux, (the latter two being many commercial stations).

Why are you retuning? If you were correctly tuned to the Tacolneston transmitter and something is affecting your reception and you have pixellated pictures or loss of signal, the last thing you should do is retune, as most times it invariably just clears the correct tuning which you previously had!
How good your reception will be depends on your "locale" as the terrain between you and the transmitter can be different from a locale a couple of miles away, so your full postcode would enable the predicted reception to be checked.
To complicate matters at present, the Tacolneston transmitter has had Planned Engineering for a couple of weeks with the possible effect "Screen may go black on all or certain channels", so another reason not to autoretune.
Check in your TV tuning section that you are correctly tuned for Tacolneston's UHF channels, which are -
C40, C43, C46, C42, C45, C39, C55, C32 in the multiplex order -
PSB1/BBC A, PSB2/D3&4, PSB3/BBCB HD, COM4/SDN, COM5/ArqA, COM6/ArqB, COM7, Local.
Note, satisfactory reception of all multiplexes will depend upon your location as well as your aerial installation - how long ago was it installed? Has it or the downlead degraded etc.?
FYI see Channel listings for Industry Professionals | Freeview for which channels (LCNs) are carried on which multiplex.

As this isn't Freesat's website, they are very very unlikely to see your post here.
I'm also wondering if you have some sort of interference at your location? Or maybe the dish isn't 100% correctly aligned? Are there any trees or buildings perhaps on the line of site to the Astra satellite?
I think if it were solely the receivers that were a problem, there would be a lot more complaints appearing in many places around the internet.

If you are talking about Freeview, then subtitles appear to be available on every Quest channel BUT they may not be available on all programmes.
