In that case, check you are tuned to the Emley Moor transmitter and not any other. Look at Coverage Checker - Detailed View to find the channel numbers used by Emley Moor.
There will not be any fault at Emley else millions around Yorkshire would be having reception problems - but they are not being reported at all. So the problem is in your equipment, quite likely tuned to the wrong transmitter as at your location you can get unreliable reception of Sutton Coldfield, Belmont and Waltham - but only Emley Moor will give reliable reception.

To give you a clear answer - NO.
BTW, please don't shout, all capitals is considered shouthing and is unnecessary.

Com7 and Com8 from Sutton Coldfield are broadcast at a just under half the power used for the main services so are susceptible to reception problems at the distance Nottingham is from Sutton Coldfield. As you have not given a full post code, we cannot determine what the reception conditions are like at your location. However, most of Nottingham receives either from the Waltham transmitter or else the Nottingham one, not far off the A610 near Kimberley. So why are you trying to get Sutton Coldfield signals? Note also that many areas of Nottingham and the surrounding area are not served well from Sutton Coldfield - just look at the map at the top of this page.
You are more likely to get better results using Waltham perhaps, but a full post code would let us check for you.

To advise further it is essential that you give a full post code. Then we contributors can see what the reception conditions actually are.

Please provide a full post code so that we contributors can examine the reception conditions where you are. Without that information, we cannot make any meaningful suggestions.

Freeview is not available in Germany, but you may be able to get Freesat with suitable equipment. Bear in mind that the Freesat (or free-to-air0 services are intended for reception in the UK so you may need a UK Freesat receiver and possibly a large dish as some parts of Germany are outside of the normal reception area.

It all depends on where you are located. Please provide a full post code so that we contributors can examine the reception conditions in your area. It will also allow us to determine which of the more than 1000 transmitters serves your locality. Without the full post code we do not know where you are.

Without any idea of where you are located we cannot offer any meaningful advice.
Bear in mind, also, that we contributors have knowledge and experience between us that we try to use to assist in answering questions, mostly from people having reception difficulties.

Maybe you are zoomed in too close as that removes the green coverage area mapping.
From my previous knowledge of that part of Nottingham (quite a bit of reconfiguration has happened since I move away in 1989), I suspect you would get signals from Waltham. All my then TV customers in that area, even in Haydn Road, Crossman Street, Osbourne Grove, etc all received signals fro Waltham and had East Midlands local news services. Then consider that your area is partially shielded by the hill where Nottingham High School is (or was) near Arbetum Park than that could be causing sone reception problems of the weaker signals of Com7 and Com8.
The detailed listing at Coverage Checker - Detailed View shows you should get good reception from Sutton Coldfield though amd doesn't even mention Waltham, which seems strange to me.

The best type of aerail these days is a log-periodic type. That will allow you to receive all the available service now and in the futurs. As StevensOnln1 says, we need a full post code to check which transmitter(s) offer the best reception at your location. With that information we can advise on what size of log-periodic aerial will provide the best solution as several are available with a different gain by design.
