There are changes shown as planned for April-June 2019. Though the channels used are not planned to change, other aspects may well. So StevensOnln1's advice to use a wideband aerial is correct and suitable for all predictable future transmissions.
It is worth noting that there are plans to change the encoding of most signals from DVB-T to DVB-T2 over time so that more HD services can be provided. That will also allow more channels on existing transmitters. It cannot be done 'all at once' as people will need to have a TV set, etc that is Freeview HD capable.

MikeB and StevensOnln1:
Our LG TV has both Freeview and sataellite capabilities, despite the fact that LG say it does not have a Freesat tuner. In fact it does have a satellite tuner but because it does not acknowledge the Freesat channel ordering they say it does not have Freesat. The reality is that it can receive all the Freesat signals from the Astra satellites, but it does not put them in the channel listings in the order Freesat want so you have to go searching for the wanted programmes. They are there, just not in the order shown in the TV programme listing magazines/newspapers.
That is the norm for LG sets currently.

Kepp It Country is broadcast on COM7 and that requires both a Freeview HD receiver and a suitable aerial to receive the transmissions. Do you get any of the other programmes broadcast on COM 7 and COM 8? Do you have a wideband aerial?
Please give your full post code so that we can check the expected reception conditions at your location. You can also enter that into the Digital UK Coverage Checker at Digital UK - Coverage checker and ensure you are tuned to the correct transmitter for your location and also see what the expected reception is like.

The Wrekin is a 'full service' transmitter but that does not mean it has COM7 and COM8, which are temporary services expected to end by 2022 and only carried by 30 main transmitters.
If you look at the Digital UK Coverage Checker, see Coverage Checker - Detailed View you will note that The Wrekin does not cary those services and is unlikely to have them.
The 'major' transmitters are those such as Sutton Coldfield, Crystal Palace, Mendip, Emley Moor, etc. the Wrekin is not a 'major' transmitter in that sense.

You are right on the border of the area served by Waltham, so that is unlikely to give perfect results. Likewise using the Nottingham transmitter has reception problems due to the terrain.
Not knowing the exact geography of your location it is difficult to make any useful suggestions. I do know that you have some hills nearby and they are likely to cause recption problems for you.
You might consider using Freesat instead of Freeview? Basically the same range of programmes but received via a satellite dish with a Freesat receiver box plugged into your TV.

From your post code, it looks as if the Nottingham transmitter would be better than any other options. If you look at the Digital UK Coverage checker for your location, see Coverage Checker - Detailed View it will give the details as a listing.
Because of the geography around Jacksdale, TV reception can be difficult.

Firstly, please check all the aerial cables and connections, unplugging any plugs from the sockets and refitting. It would help if you provide a full post code so that we contributors can look at the expected reception conditions for your location.

None of us contributors will know as this website is about TV reception. I suggest you contact your mobile service provider and ask them.

Please provide a full post code so that we contributors can see the expected reception conditions in your area. North Cardiff is not specific enough to get those details.

This is not the website for Transmitter Engineering. It merely reports on the information made publicly available about any work on Freeview transmitters.
If you are having reception problems please will yopu put your full post code into your response. That will bring up a number of links which will allow us contributors to evaluate your reception conditions.
