Mac: You seem to have already identified the tall trees as the cause of the problem. What is preventing you using Freesat to watch?

Mac: Reboot the box by putting it in standby then switch the power off wait a minute or so then turn it on again, which should cause it to rescan and update its channel list.

Stuart: Have you received the HD channels on the same TVs in the past? If not, is there a Freeview HD logo on them anywhere? Many TVs are sold as HD ready, however this isn't enough as these sets don't usually have a tuner capable of decoding the DVB-T2 transmissions used to broadcast HD channels on Freeview.

MikeP: Windemere broadcasts the PSB3 mux containing BBC1 HD, BBC2 HD, ITV HD, Channel 4 HD, Channel 5 HD & CBBC HD as do all Freeview lite relays (and have done since the end of digital switchover).

Alison: True Christmas is not broadcast from Heathfield. It is only available on transmitters which broadcast a local TV service.

Jasmin Sudworth: Why don't you stream the station online? There is virtually zero chance of Planet Rock's DAB coverage expanding any time soon.

Stuart: As you're using a communal aerial you should ask whoever is responsible for maintaining it to investigate the problem, particular if you can confirm that your neighbours using the same aerial are also affected.

Anne Walker: True Christmas is on Freeview channel 74 (not 24) in areas where there is a local TV station broadcast. This is due to the broadcaster taking spare capacity on the multiplex which carries local TV channels and helps to fund the broadcast costs for local TV operators.

Nick Warren: If you provide your postcode we can see if there is an alternative transmitter you may be able to use. Alternatively you could get Freesat or watch BBC South West news on iPlayer.
