If it's a phone or tablet you should be able to find it in the App Store or Play Store. If it's a TV tell us the make and model so we can check if it's available.

Hater4life: Rather than assuming that the transmitter is at fault (if it was hundreds of people would be complaining) have you done any investigation into whether something at your end might be causing whatever issue you are having? Simple things like checking and unplugging/reconnecting cables can often help track down the cause. Another thing to check is whether a new or upgraded 4G/5G mast might be causing interference - put your postcode into the checker on https://restoretv.uk/ and they'll send you a free filter if interference is predicted.
If none of that helps, let us know your full postcode so that we can see the predicted signal strength at your location.

John Mulrooney: According to the post above yours there is engineering work taking place at the Hemel Hempstead transmitter this week. As this kind of work is often dependant on weather conditions etc they don't usually provide a completion date.

Terry: All BBC One HD regions will be available on satellite by the end of next week. The last few are undergoing testing now and the current BBC One HD channel with the red screen during regional news will be replaced with BBC One South East HD as the final region to switch over. BBC One HD on Freeview will be switched over from the current red screen in all regions by the end of April and cable/streaming viewers have already switched over.

Graham: According to the post above yours, Rosehearty transmitter has been off air due to a fault since 6:36 this morning. Do not attempt to retune as this is likely to delete your channel list, just wait for the signal to return when the transmitter fault is fixed.

Brian: Hannington only carries BBC One South and ITV Meridian. All of the BBC regions are available on iPlayer, which is probably the easiest way to watch a different region if you don't have a satellite dish.

Rolf George: What make/model of Fresat boxes do you have? Have you tried turning them off at the mains for a few minutes then turning them back on?

steve: Have you checked whether anyone else in the building is suffering with the same problem? If it's happening at the same time every day then the most likely cause is something nearby operating on a timer, either something with an electric motor or with poor electrical shielding (cheap LED lights are a common cause) which is spewing out electrical interferance.

Richard E: Everything TV is the new name for the organisation that used to be called Digital UK, which runs Freeview and Freesat.
