A.MCCARTNEY: KMTV is not broadcast from Heathfield. It is a local TV service broadcasting to the Maidstone and Tunbridge areas from the Bluebell Hill and Tunbridge Wells transmitters.

Janey: Retuning was a bad idea as it will never fix a problem like this as the TV was already correctly tuned. Have you checked for any loose or damaged cables or connections? If the problem started during bad weather it's possible that water has gotten in to your aerial system.

Chiimpezium: This is not The Arrow's website and they are unlikely to read your comment here. The Arrow is broadcast on the London 2 DAB multiplex which does not officially cover West Sussex, so you're doing well to be able to receive it. Expanding coverage isn't as simple as turning up the wattage, as this would create interference with other transmitter using the same frequency.

Robert: Going by the coverage maps for your location, pointing your aerial towards Crystal Palace (55 degree compass bearing) should give you all 3 national muxes (BBC, D1 & SDL) along with Surrey and all 3 London muxes.

Richard Wells: Are you scanning on the TV's menu or the HD box's menu? The HD box should at least get the main HD channels (101-105). Are you able to tune it successfully if you connect the HD box to the kitchen TV?
