Have you checked for any loose or damaged cables or connections behind your TV? Do not attempt to retune as this will just delete all of your channels if you have no signal and will not fix the problem.

Mervyn Coward: There are no plans to add additional channels to any Freeview lite transmitters such as Dartmouth, as most of them only cover a relatively small number of homes so the commercial broadcasts aren't interested in paying to broadcast their channels from these transmitters. Have you looked at getting Freesat if you want more channels?

Gurdeep gill: The DAB coverage checker for your postcode shows fair reception of Sabras Radio, however as it is broadcast on the Leicester mux, Derby isn't part of its official coverage area (there just happens to be some overspill from the transmitters covering Leicestershire).

Anthony Watt: Because there isn't enough capacity to carry BBC4 HD on every transmitter. It is expected that at some point in the next few years (although no date has been announced yet) that all PSB channels will cease broadcasting in SD, which will free up capacity for BBC4 HD, CBeebies HD and BBC News HD to be broadcast from every transmitter.

Sheila : Ridge Hill is unusual in that it broadcasts two ITV regions (Central and West), although ITV West isn't predicted to be available at your postcode (it's broadcast directionally towards Gloucester and Cheltenham as both are covered editorially by ITV West rather than Central). You should be able correct this by going to the manual tuning page in your box's menu and selecting UHF channel 25, then scan for channels.

Cas: Please provide a full postcode so that we can see which transmitters cover your mum's location and which channels should be available. Does your mum receive 4music on channel 18?

Glyn Taylor: Engineering work is not generally undertaken in the evenings as at this time of year it would be too dark for the engineers to see what they are doing up a transmitter mast and it would generate thousands of complaints from people finding their prime time viewing interrupted. It's far more likely that you're either suffering from some kind of interference or there is a fault with your aerial system. Start by checking for any loose or damaged cables or connections. Does the loss of signal coincide with your central heating turning on or another device with an electric motor (e.g. washing machine, tumble drier, powertools, etc) being used?

Lee: This is not Clubland TV's website, try contacting the channel via their own website (I posted the link in my comment above yours).
