Rachel: One possibility is that it might right itself when the 'old' Film4 (the one with the message) is removed. We don't know when that might be, but changes like that happen on Wednesdays.
The point is, as explained by jb38 in response to one of your previous postings, Film4 is in the process of moving from COM6 multiplex to PSB2 multiplex:

It is broadcast simulataneously on both, albeit that COM6's has the retuning message overlayed. Evidently the new Film4 on PSB2 isn't displacing the old one on logical channel number (LCN) 15 when you retune.
Perhaps the issue is perculiar to your model of TV so workarounds will have to be tried.
Try tuning in PSB2 but not COM6. Fortunately with Belmont the former is on a low channel/frequency and COM6 is on a high one. So run the automatic tuning scan and unplug the aerial at 30% or once it gets past UHF channel 31. This should give you PSB1 (BBC One etc), PSB2 (ITV, Film4 etc), PSB3 (HD services if applicable) and COM4 (ITV3 etc).
Then check to see if the new Film4 is on LCN15 - this being the one which doesn't have the retune message overlayed and which the signal strength screen will tell you is being received on UHF channel (frequency) 25 or 506MHz.
Now power down whatever you do that results in it going back to the old Film4 on LCN15 (probably power off and then on). See if the new Film4 is retained on LCN15.
If it is then go to the manual tune function, if there is one, and add UHF channel 53 (COM5 - Pick TV etc) and UHF channel 60 (COM6 - 4Music etc).

Oliver's Mount, like Keighley and Idle which are also full-service transmitters in Yorkshire, will not carry the two new HD multiplexes.
Bilsdale will carry them, albeit that they will be on lower power than the other channels. However, judging by the predictor that is probably not possible either.

You may be able to receive all channels from Rosneath: the Digital UK predictor suggests you might be able to do so, although there is high-ground in the way:

Pat: The model number might be useful for us to give assistance, if we can locate the user manual online.
However, the reference to "fuzzy screen" suggests that it might be in analogue mode rather than digital mode.

Karen: If you can receive ITV3 then Drama and True Entertainment will be coming down your aerial lead, as it were, thus the issue resides in your receiver (TV or box). The reason is that these three services are all carried on the same signal (multiplex) - it being COM4.
If you don't receive the three COM channels - which if you can you will have ITV3, Pick TV and 4Music - then you will require a replacement aerial.

deirdre: It depends on where your aerial is pointing as to what you might be able to pick up.
The only way your Saorview box will receive RT channels is directly from a Saorview transmitter in the South. In your area Clermont Carn may be available. However this will mean you won't receive Freeview with the same aerial. Indeed if your aerial is pointing to a Saorview transmitter then the HD Ready TV should pick up the channels without need of the Saorview box.
Knowledge of where your aerial is pointing and your location in the form of a full postcode would allow further advice to be given.

The RT DAB multiplex is only broadcast from a handful of transmitters, none of which are anywhere near you.

Lionel lewis: It is unfortunate that setups such as yours are falling fowl to the clearance of C61 to C68 for 4G services.
"If" Mendip's PSB1 (BBC One etc) had moved to a channel greater than 51 but one of the others which is available from Wenvoe was displaced to C49 then you would still be able to view BBC One West.
