Ian Jones: If at800 do send you a filter, because it is suspected that 4G interference could be the culprit, then it must be fitted before the signal amplifier. Thus, if your amplifier is on the roof then a filter will need to be fitted up there, but not the usual plug type they usually send. You will need to raise this issue with them should it apply.

Mrs Agnew: Estuary TV is only available on Freeview from the Belmont transmitter, and it broadcasts the channel in the direction of Grimsby, the East Yorkshire coast and may be available in Hull. The only other way to get it is via Virgin Media cable in the area.
Not sure, but it might be worth a look to see if programmes can be watched on the website: www.estuary.tv

The question is, can you receive from a full service transmitter instead? Knowledge of location preferably in the form of postcode is required to answer this.

A Peapell: Which PSB1 multiplex (BBC standard definition TV) does this relate to (from which transmitter)?
If you have two aerials combined into one feed cable then you could potentially have had an issue with reception of PSB1 from Mendip from 27/03/13 onwards, depending on where your diplexer splits. The diplexer is the thing that combines the two feeds and for each aerial filters out channels that the other aerial doesn't filter.
If your diplexer splits at C51 then from the date above PSB1 and COM4 (ITV3 etc) from Mendip moved downwards to C49 and C48 respectively, meaning that you would then be using your Stockland Hill aerial to receive them which could account for variable reception.

Paul Homer: Not all BBC local radio stations are on Freeview yet it's a case of work in progress.
However, as you are evidently receiving from Crystal Palace, which is the London region, then it begs the question as to whether BBC Three Counties Radio will be made available in the London region.

Darran: Yes, HD services are available from all transmitters. The standard HD services, carried on PSB3 multiplex are: BBC One, BBC Two, BBC Three, CBBC, ITV and Channel 4.
There are two quasi-national HD multiplexes and it would appear that they should be available at your location, you being served by Winter Hill with apparent clear line-of-sight at 10 miles. These are COM7 and COM8.

GeordieLad: Film4+1 is now carried on PSB3 multiplex, which requires a Freeview HD receiver, as it uses a DVB-T2 signal.

Movies4Men+1 is available only in the Manchester and some surrounding areas, via the G_MAN multiplex which broadcasts only from Winter Hill in the direction of Manchester.
