Richard: Sky are very mean, that's their job. Remember that most of what you pay in subscription costs goes on stopping everyone else seeing the content for free.

Yes, you will need to watch, or at least transfer using the analogue output, any content you want to watch.

Pete Green: If you are using Freesat or Sky, it is because there are only limited ITV1+1 regions - see ITV1+1 11 January 2011 (at last) | ukfree.tv - independent free digital TV advice .

Bob Carter: The commercial operators do not regard this transmitter as profitable, and refused the offer of frequencies. There won't be any more channels broadcast from here.

As above "After switchover an existing group C/D aerial will provide all digital TV services."

NottsUK: Yes, I saw that. The only reason they didn't in the past was that it wasn't sourced in HD.
