Sam D: To be honest, I would just go straight for a Freesat/Freesat HD box. You can just plug it into the dish connection and it will give you more channels than any of your local Freeview Light transmitters - see Upgrading from Sky to Freesat

paul galea: I think you might have the same problem as Colin Wray, in that the signal from Sandy Heath on C31 is now blocking the reception of the pre-switchover Freeview HD service.

Andrew: With the digital system, it is much more likley that the signal has been restricted as part of the radiation pattern in your direction from Winter Hill than was the case for analogue.

Mike: You were not advised any such thing, multiplex C (aka ArqA) is not due to go to full power until it finds a final allocated channel at the end of the UK switchover process.
