Daniel: Mustard isn't on Sky. Only a few local TV channels are and unfortunately Mustard isn't one of them.

Stephen kirman: As above, Mustard isn't available on satellite. There are very few channels available via your Sky box which aren't listed on the EPG. The main ones are probably other ITV regions than the one programmed on your viewing card, the link below gives a listing of all transponders/channels broadcast from from the 28.2E orbital position which your Sky dish will be receiving from.

Stephen kirman: Mustard TV is only viewable in the Norwich area from the Tacolneston transmitter via its Local mux broadcasting on C57/ 762.0Mhz. The only cable alternative to this being Virgin media 159.

Andrew: It looks like Beccles is outside of the coverage area for Mustard TV on Freeview, as the channel is broadcast from Tacolneston directionally towards Norwich with only a limited amount of signal broadcasting in other directions.

If Mustard TV is only available to the Norwich area, why is it extensively advertised in our local Lowestoft paper? We're only 25 miles away, so I would have thought that was "local" enough!"

Roger Preston: According to the coverage map on the Tacolneston transmitter page, Lowestoft is outside of the Freeview coverage area for Mustard so you would have to ask the broadcaster why they are advertising there, unless it's available on cable (I have no idea whether Virgin Media is available in Lowestoft).
