Video plus does not work since 28 Sept.& the clock requires to be set manually every time I switch the set off. I receive all the channels perfectly. The recorder works on direct TV recording. My TV is a Panasonic TX32LXD60, the recorder is Panasonic DMR-ES15EB. Postcode OX14 1EN.

Brian Powell: Are you picking up analogue from Hannington? as Oxford stopped transmitting analogue on September the 28th.
You would be best buying a Freeview box to use with your recorder, as Hannington will also be changing next February, and Video+ and the auto-clock setting is purely a feature used by analogue.

NottsUK: It's the WTF channel with a new name. I have corrected the listings to show the channel.

david: If they don't work then there could be either a problem with the box, the dish or the cables.

Mohammed: Not really, Sky boxes are designed to work with any other satellites. You can use "add channels" but these are lost if you turn the power off.
