Lisa: Click on the 'L's R + T Investigation' link next to your question. Mendip and Stockland Hill transmitters seem fine, so your TV is telling you there is no signal getting to your TV. Logically, you've got a fault with your aerial system, probably due to a broken cable, connection, etc.

I forget where is the listings for older Freeview TVs and Boxes that do not work.

I have a Toshiba 19W330DB from around 2007 and wondered if there is an issues with these being a bit older. It needs a power supply and it would not be worth buying one if it was not compatible

Re: IP17 1GB

We are connected via loft aerial to Sudbury. We have 4 x TV's and all get excellent reception on most stations. However ITV3 often breaks up - both the picture and the sound. We have previously been connected to Aldeburgh and to Tacholneston but were unable to get ITV3 at all. We have a number of tall trees nearby. Is this the problem or have you any other suggestions?

My fist TV program in the morning is the BBC 1 News and I keep losing subtitles. I then have to press the remote button that turns the Subtitles off and then on again to get the subtitles back again and this can happen many times.
Last night I wanted to check what was on and the whole system had slowed right down. This morning the first three channels which were all BBC were not on the list of channels so I had to retune the set yet again.
My aerial has been checked and my next door neighbour has the same problems so I can only assume that the transmitter is at fault so who does one approach to get that sorted?
