talkSPORT2
talkSPORT2 is a public digital radio station radio. UK Free TV shows the coverage area for a radio transmitter as a coloured overlay (orange for FM, other colours for DAB) on the grey map. We have computed the coverage by combining the terrain with the official radiation pattern. A single click will select the transmitter to view the coverage for a single site, and a double click goes to a page showing full details. Clare Stoddern: The SDL multiplex (which carries TalkSport 2) has recently been added to the Caradon Hill and Redruth transmitters. You may need to rescan your radio in order for it to be added to the station list if you are within the coverage area.

I cannot find live cricket commentary on any band or wavelength
Very upsetting - long car journeys are ruined ....and we are already halfway through the final test.

Talksport 2 is not available in most, if not all, of the Lancaster area but it is in (parts of) Morecambe. Why is this? How can the problem be resolved?

Peter Hearne: TalkSport 2 is carried on the SDL National multiplex which is broadcast from far fewer transmitters than the D1 National multiplex which carries TalkSport. Morecambe may be getting a better signal SDL from the Moel-y-Parc transmitter in North Wales, possibly even reinforced by the Divis transmitter in Northern Ireland. The only other SDL transmitter in North West England is at Winter Hill, which quite far away and radio signals tend to travel less well over land than they do over water.
