Perhaps if Sony receive enough complaints they may reconsider their decision, however making complaints against unconnected websites and the people who contribute to them will not achieve anything.
Well then I suggest you give all there dam address, email, phone number and all the rest so we can dam well throw the bloody book at them!!!
Yours very Angry

It is only available on the local services mu,tiplexes - if your local transmitter provides such - bit not all areas have a local TV sevice. If you provide a full post code, we may be able to look up if such is available in your area.

Mr Angry: If you followed the link at the top of this page to True Entertainment's own website you would find an e-mail address on their contact page. No doubt postal addresses etc can be found via Google.
Contact Us | True Channels
Amy Henning: As per numerous other posts, True Entertainment and True Movies have moved to the local TV multiplex, which is only broadcast in areas where there is a local TV station on Freeview channel 7 or 8. It doesn't look like this is available at your postcode.

StevensOnln1: when people ask a question they would like a answer in facts and easy to under stand. your sending the to links dated 2011 or telling them there on either LCN 7 or 8. that to the normal person dose not help. plan english would help.
of just tell them the channel 55 the use to get the channels has been switch off with other for G5

I thought that StevensOnln1's posts were quite clear on this. There is a link towards the top of this page which is not out of date which takes you to the Official: True Entertainment's website. There is a Contact Us at the bottom of that page where you can email them about the change they have made.
What StevensOnln1 has said is that they have moved the "channel" (all channels on Freeview are identified by their LCN/position number - the one you press on your remote to get the program you want) BUT they have also moved channels from their original multiplex to the Local Multiplex.
UHFChannel 55 has not yet been switched off for G5! (Although it has from some transmitters for other technical reasons!!).
Not all areas have a local multiplex. You know if you have because you will get a local TV station on LCN 7 or 8 depending on where you are in the country. If you do, then retuning that multiplex should restore True Entertainment.
See these bits of information about the changes Sony have made (but they don't mention the multiplex change!) -
Sony Channel changes | Freeview
Channel launches, closures and changes on 27 June 2019 | Freeview
If you put your postcode into Digital UK - Coverage checker it will tell you what transmitter(s) is your likely main transmitter and any others you might get. It tells you the UHF channel number for each multiplex and the predicted reception. If there is a local multiplex it's usually towards the bottom of the lists.
I hope that clarifies things.

retuned my mums tv and lost True Entertainment, was showing after retune on 790, now asks to rescan, is it a matter of waiting and trying to retune at a later date or would one of those freeview top boxes help boost channels received?
