Carrie: Pick is owned by Sky, not UKTV, and has never been available on UKTV Play. There doesn't seem to be any free catchup service for Pick, you would need either a Sky or Now TV subscription.

Can I watch Pick on my tablet without having to pay anything ( for a box, subscription, any of that malarkey?) Currently i don't have freeview, sky, etc and don't want to have to fork out anything. Interested in both live and catch up. Thanks

Ps I don't own a tv, only have my tablet. Like to keep things simple, no smartphone and the cheapest broadband deal i could find ( not that I'm a tight wad or anything!)

Sian Lewis: Pick is owned by Sky, who don't seem to offer a free live streaming or catchup service for any of their free to air channels.

Thanks for that very useful info, I haven't used the My5 app for some time so hadn't spotted all the stuff now currently available.
As far as PBSAmerica goes, from their webpage About | PBS America | UK it seems it's also apparently available on the Amazon Prime subscription service for anyone signed up to it!
